      @@paigedana love that! I’m a hybrid athlete too and I struggle to figure out if I should keep cals consistent or to to switch it up for different training. How do you track with different levels of energy output each day?

      @@Abby-sg6jh if you’re consistent with training I’d just recommend having your calories at a sufficient amount to make sure you have the energy for all the output 💪🏼 I’m so intuitive with them that if I’m hungrier on some days I’ll 100% go over them with freedom because I know my body needs it!!🥰🫶🏼

    When you use a cafetière you shouldn’t plunge it straight away! The whole point of using the cafetière is to let the coffee brew first, it’s not like instant coffee. You should leave it to brew for at least 4 minutes. No hate, I’m just saying if you’re plunging it straight away the “coffee” is going to be really weak

    this isn’t hate but I just think it’s important to not be deceptive why would u say you use peanut butter when it was peanut powder in the shot? I just think it’s better to be honest if you dtill struggle with certain foods!

      i think you guessing that i struggle to eat peanut butter is actually quite offensive seeing how far i've come with food especially on my instagram! i use both peanut butter in tub and powder form in my days of eating thank you! 🥰

      I wasn’t by any means saying your relationship with food isn’t much improved and that you shouldn’t be proud of that- I just do think don’t say it’s peanut butter when it’s not and just to be transparent with your audience. It’s just an odd choice to choose over PB and not mention when you say it’s peanut butter. the part about struggling i more meant it in it’s ok if you do still struggle with things and don’t feel like you have to hide it!
