I just bought one of these bikes and am very stoked! I have 999S TEAM USA and love that bike as well. These bike are not for the younger demographic because you need to earn the right to climb aboard one of these once you made your bones out there. I have a few Japanese rides as well but there is a special feeling you get knowing you have a big Duc L- twin.
As much as i love the old school stuff ..i had an 06 999 loved it.. if i had 25k would i buy 999R 1299FE if youncould get one for that .. or v4s .. would be v4s..
So many people get hyped up on the fact it's a twin. Ducati has to be a twin etc etc. I had a 1098 for 11 years. It was great, sounded awesome but a ballache to ride, especially at low speeds. The V4 is something totally different. I couldn't go back to a cranky twin again.
Idk man I’ve always wanted a 1199 or 1299, I had a Aprilia RSV Mille and I miss it so much🤦🏾♂️, I have a 2003 Yamaha R1 and I think this bike is boring as shit (boring inline 4 sound) I will be going back to a twin soon
@@justa1098 i have only ridden aprilia rsv4's and tuono's + 1st gen 1290 super dukes and a few 3rd gen 1290 super dukes (i work at a ktm/aprilia dealership) but my sister shop i use to work at sells all the triumphs and ducatis so hopefully soon i can actually test ride one
Same here. The V4 has the too wide feel. I’ll stick with my 17 1299S. Here is me riding mine with full Corse Ti exhaust. th-cam.com/video/PBzJ5-yaBMw/w-d-xo.html
No bike has ever cried out for a proper full system more than this one.., that stock exhaust with the weird combination of kidney bean collector where the regular Panigale exhaust cans would be along with the newer style wheel barrow cans is just terrible. And then the those ugly chicken foot stock wheels.. Basically I'm saying this bike needs many thousand of your preferred currency invested in a proper full exhaust and light aftermarket wheels to make it truly desirable
Awesome beautiful bike and they built 1299 of them
What a gorgeous colour scheme.i recently found this Chanel and I love it.just off to polish my Ducati Tt2 replica.❤️
Now i have one :)

What a great bike!!!
I'm getting one of this soon, what performance mods would you recommend? Mine comes with a full akra exhaust and upmap
Super 👌 thanks for the vedio.
Great vid until the music.
Why do people do that?
1299 SL with euro 4 system is 215hp, there was no set amount for the FE, 500 for the SL
Rumours suggest they made 1299

@@NudaMan yeah I get what you're saying. It's just that some people say a ducati 'has to be a twin'. Have you been on the V4?

The V-4 just does not do it for me . To my mind a proper Ducati can only be a V-twin . Love your channel .
Thanks, appreciate the feedback
