I definitely wouldn't have put Overtime over Midnight Mercenaries. The latter can stand pretty well on its own in my opinion and is only partially connected to the original game, while Overtime is essentially "Undertale, but with TF2!" The gameplay in Overtime is also kind of boring, as the enemy cast isn't very big and most only have a 1-2 attacks. The story is definitely my favorite aspect, but it's not very original either, going through the same beats as Undertale. If you've played the original, you've got a pretty good idea of what will happen next. Midnight Mercenaries on the other hand expands on the original gameplay (like you've pointed out) and takes its story in a similar, though different direction that isn't very predictable. I also feel like it's going to age much better, not only because there's not many Hotline Miami-type fangames, but because it just mostly does its own thing. Still, I'd say Overtime has a bigger spot in my heart, and I am glad you've enjoyed both. But please don't call me "Death-ster" :P that username is so old, and it's meant to be a combination of "death" and "disaster". Just call me by my TH-cam username!

Midnight Mecernaries is definitely a great game, especially considering that it seems to have been made from scratch, while Overtime was put on top of the original Undertale game (maybe I'm wrong). But Undertale had such a great story, making Overtime really good too in that department. So if we count the fact that one of them is based on a linear story written by a professional, then yes, it's unfair. Otherwise, I think Overtime is a better game. I guess a matter of perspective on the judgement!
I actually legit played Red Shadow Maggots, compiled it from the original Github repo, and it's a really fun game. But at the moment I played it there wasn't really an ending, or a boss.
Gang Garrison 2 was and will always be one of the greatest Tf2 fan games I've ever played, especially during a time when my crappy laptop couldn't run Tf2. It was sad to see how less and less people would play it, but I got so many good memories from it.
