- We will show you around Baltimore Street and Steinwehr Ave and where to get some great ghost tours while visiting. We hope you enjoy this info for your visit and this Halloween season. We have done all of these but the last one we show you and enjoyed them all.

The energy in Gettysburg is like nothing else I've ever experienced. It's not even something you can really explain to people who haven't been there. We've taken a handful of the walking tours, including on Steinwehr ave and they've all been a lot of fun. I've been enjoying all your Gettysburg vids recently, including the older ones I hadn't seen before. I'm such a big nerd about the town so it's been really nice to see it getting profiled. Great job guys!
We love going to Gettysburg. One year we went five times. You're right there is a lot of energy there. And you can't explain it you just have to go and experience it yourself. Thanks for watching and commenting 😎😎
This. I’m a native PA-er. Since I was a small child, my family has gone to Gettysburg on vacation. Even though we are now spread out on the East Coast, we always meet up once or twice a year at Gettysburg. I always feel like the moment I get there, my batteries charge. I always feel like I’ve been very thirsty and I finally had a nice tall glass of water. Maybe I was a resident in a past life because I always feel “home” when I go. ❤️ I’m taking two friends next week that have never been there and I can’t wait for them to experience it too.
If you go to Hanover, PA not too far from there. This town is as hai Ted as well

We did the ghost tour from the Jennie Wade House......we had three interesting experiences.....
1. While walking down an alley my wife asked me "do you smell that?" "Yeah, it's cherry vanilla tobacco smoke".... the tour guide asked if we had ever been on the tour before?" We hadn't, and we had just blown her first talking point!!!
2. In one area, looking toward the field they were show casing our cameras would not work. If we turned 180°, they worked fine, turn around, they quit.
3. In the second floor of the Jennie Wade house, there was a theater rope (brass stands and velvet rope) that separated the contents from the walk way. When the guide and my wife started out, the rope started swinging. My wife snapped a quick photo back into the room. When we got back downstairs we looked at the photo. There was an image of a little girl playing with the rope in the full length mirror on the opposite end of the room. A quick trip back upstairs with the Guide confirmed there was nothing in the room that would have created that image.....
Yes, we had a blast and would definitely do one again.

Creepy looking town! Enjoyed this so much. I have had experiences in the Shiloh Tennesse battle grounds. We walked back through the trenches where they layed all the dying or dead & had to turn around & leave . Got a bad feeling the further we walked. Also bloody pond saw a soldier. Lots of history in these places. Thanks guys for another great video!

Omg.. we just got back from Gettysburg today. Awesome time as usual. Great weather also. Did the ranger tour at McPhearson ridge. Day on first shots fired. We started doing the ranger tours a few years ago. Did you ever take the ranger tours? They're really interesting and free lol. Bobbie I have to say I tried that goat cheese flat bread at Sweneys tavern.. sat outside which we love but I wasn't a fan of it. I usually like different things like that but it wasn't for me but I tried it though. Thanks for posting your videos. We watch them all especially the Gettysburg ones. Next time try the fine dining at the dobbin house. It's really cool. Different menu also then the tavern.

Love ghost tours especially with a good story behind it. I was waiting for that statue to come to life any minute 🤣🤣. Have you guys ever visited the eastern state penitentiary now that is one place even for me too chicken to go to especially when people jump out at you. No thanks 😅😅

I love Gettysburg.I have been there several times.Im taking my daughter next summer.I can't wait to show her.Ive been on the haunted bus trip.Ive gotten good pictures of ghostly things.My camera quit working at devil's den.An awesome piece of history.I love you guys.Have fun

I stayed over night in the farnsworth house back in ‘08. Most amazing experience! On audio we caught the sounds of sniper rifles from the attic, the voices from Jeremy’s sisters and dad freaking out while going up the stairs when his leg broke. Over night, I felt my toes get touched and in the closet, an antique cast iron diamond necklace dropped in the closet at 2 in the morning. We took it home then from 2013-2015 the necklace slowly starting breaking and vanishing. Around 2019 it was dust

My friend once took a photo in front of a building in Gettysburg with no one in it (window was in the picture). She looked at the photo and there was a shadow figure standing in the window looking at the camera.

Love this tour of the Ghost Tours of Gettysburg. As the age when I am thinking of places to retire and Gettysburg has alway been on the list.; so perhaps someday! After watching this video Gettysburg is probably my top choice. The real estate for 1 bedroom and 1 bath is not bad?

We were in GETTYSBURG and we stopped to explore a area called devils den. I was bored so I wondered back to the car. So I sat in the car and took pictures. Didn't see anything but I felt like we were being watched. When I went home and downloaded my pictures to the computer I was looking at tge pictures I took. You old see puffs of smoke above the area. It was a perfectly clears day. No clouds that low. I also noticed in one picture a soldier standing in front of a rock with his rifle. It was so cool.
They are working on the devils then and little round top. We have captured things on film in that area also. Thanks for sharing your story. 😎😎
saw so much stuff when i lived in town (crap my townhouse on buford ave was very active)and did alot of ghost hunting with a crew. also ended up having drinks with Mark Nesbitt (Ghost of Gettysburg) and listen to him share stories or talk with off duty park rangers. but this last trip down we only had some battery drainage and falling tree branches in the woods in the area near the 2nd mass monument in the area of Culp's Hill. When i 1st moved to town the locals were like yeah don't do the ghost tours, but my GF at the time was walking around town and ran into 1 and the guide asked her if she would like go on 1 as they were about to kick off and she declined and said she had just moved into town so they were like you can come along for free then, she had alot of fun. 18:00 mark LOL i've been on that elevator at the collage waiting for the doors to open was stressful lol

J & B have never gone on a ghost tour. My husband and sons are Civil War reenactors. We have all had paranormal experiences here. Most happenings have been on the battlefield. An incredible feeling.

I was on spooky Riley tour, and I tell you what there was that many people there you couldn’t do an investigation. There was so much noise and people walking around through this farm house, and then going in the barn same thing.

On a night walking tour, our daughter was taking pictures. When looking closely we could see several orbs around the battlefield.

So, I am guessing they do not offer a combo-package? An overnight stay in one of the hotels in addition to the walking ghost-tours? Wouldn't be a bad idea.
Thar is a good idea. But they don't did that. Most Ghost Tours are Ten or Twelve dollars 😎😎
i have seen a full fledged ghost in Devils Den…they exist and very so in Gettysburg

I just visited this past week. Try a tour with Father Fred, very nice, great knowledge base and he is very in depth. Don’t like Major Finn, too fast, and just average info. The orphanage tour with MISS Rosa… is the best, she does a great job.

We never did a car tour before. We did do a bus tour that we liked. We always do the walking tours.😎😎

1000s of brave union and Confederate soldiers died on that field my grandma when she was still with us saw the ghost of a young man maybe 17 or 16 she saw the young man with her own eyes before cameras were available to the public
So many young nen last their lives in this war.😎😎

@jbinthehills oh yeah its bad. I live here. I've contacted the code enforcement and public works. Trying to get it taken care of but I try to let people know so they aren't tracking roach eggs into their cars and homes

Those civil war soldiers were Tough - Those soliders would walk and then Fight.
I don't know how they were able to wear those wool uniforms and march and fight in that heat.😎😎

The best one is Ghostly Images. Farnsworth House is also very good. If you can only do one do the first one.
