hey, im barely starting and this is way better then the training, when you say 3 shots of caramel are you talking about the swirl or the actual unsweetened shots.

my question is, lets say customer wants skim milk or almond milk instead of the regular milk how and what option would you choose on the machine to proceed with that request. Sorry I'm looking to join Dunkin Donuts, and I'm trying my best to learn from your videos.
For the macchiato did you put in the espresso shot before you put the hot milk in the cup? And also how long did you let the milk steam for
Yes defend on what side u using shot first then stem milk and don’t worry the machine will heat the milk for u

What does “A,B,C” mean on the cream/milk dispenser ?
A is milk b is cream c is skim milk

What kind of coffee do you use for iced coffee & hot coffee or are they the same?

At my Dunkin Donuts, we have to grind the espresso with a steel scoop. What happened to that step?
They changed the machines recently. This is before they started rolling out the new latte/cappuccino machines that we have now with the steel scoop.
I am here because I was just curious how they make my drink 🤣. My medium or large lattes always seems to be half. They never fills it all the way up like you did. Should I ask them to do it?

I am straggling, trying to remember how to.make the macchatio,and our milk/cream machine does not have the labels.
+ANGELA FISHER ok this is going to be long u saw this video right so if your machine doesn't have a label what I do is I use the gallon of milk and pure milk to the red line of the cup then whatever the customer want syrup pure that too after that stare it with a spoon then fill it up with ice the espresso

It’s an iced latte but you but it in the coolata machine for 5 seconds
My only problem are the coolatas and frozen coffee and cappuccino

Back in the day there were no machines. I cannot begin to explain how painful the steam was when It accidentally hit my hands . Btw I thought lattes needed foam?🤔 That is how I made it back in the day.
lowkey777 Not quite, Hot Lattes, Cappuccinos and Machiattos all require steamed milk that forms the foam but the difference between the Latte and Cappucino is that the Cappucino has the foam and steamed milk in it while the Latte doesn’t have foam, just the steamed milk

I think if you are working in Dunkin donuts as Barista nothing to learn and nothing yo achieve experience about Barista because of all of items are make by machine . If you wanna be good Barista just come in Costa or Starbucks.

right off the bat incorrect! who taught you how to do all of this?!?!?! cups steam wand not cleaned as soon as milk was steamed... not marked either! what is this? btw there are names for each container you are using. you have no idea what you are doing. if a machine was calibrated correctly you wouldn't have to hit another shot of milk. and a latte has foam ! no time on the pot to know when it expires, good god get rid of these videos!
