***** That's debatable. ROH is consistently full of talent for over a decade now. CM Punk/Samoa Joe matches are on par with RVD/Jerry Lynn matches. Even today in ROH the talent pool is very deep. I don't see what your complaint with Steen or Generico would be. They are very good workers.
Roh has always been filled with great talent even to this day back then ROH had cm punk,autin aries,samoa joe,bryan danielson now ROH has redragon,adam cole,aj styles,cedric alexander,young bucks, and more

Watching the ROH videos that I've never seen before I think how much I've lost during the days that I wasn't watching ROH.
I don't understand all the hype about Kevin Steen. Not talking trash about him, but I hear his name all the time when people talk about indie talent, and I wasn't that impressed by this match, to me it seemed like Generico worked his ass off bumping for Steen to make him look good, but Steen was very sluggish in the ring. Any Steen fans that can defend him logically? I'm not very familiar with his work.
I feel the same way. just a guess but I think the majority of internet wrestling fans want to see guys like themselves represented in the wwe. Small, out of shape, or with no muscles guys with limited talent. It should be that fans look at wrestlers and think I want to be like that guy. instead a lot of vocal fans say I want that wrestler to look like them. CM Punk anyone. in my opinion that's why wrestling is in the state it's in.
what impresses me about kevin steen is that he is one of those big wrestlers who are also very quick and athletic and can do the moves that smaller lighter guys can do, if you want to see one of his matches that showcases them more i suggest kevin steen vs jay brisoce, because at the time of this match kevin steen was being pushed as the number one guy in the company and as a result was asked to wrestle more like a big wrestler, plius el generico was leaving to go to wwe at the time so it just makes more sense

If I had billions on dollars I would buy ROH merge the TNA guys. Obviously keeping the great ones that can go and cutting the shit out. Buy a prime time slot and take ROH back where it was and give it the money it needs to survive and thrive and recruit talent. I would also buy PWG and merge that as well. I firmly believe if people saw old school great 25+ min ROH matches and the amazingly crazy PWG matches it would be a huge success. Fuck storylines and love interests. Its sport its about the wrestling. This dude doesn't like this dude that's why he wants his title. PERIOD. Also would bring in Raven as a writer and Punk as a consultant until he wants to wrestle again.
