Which is true because a lot of marks cry and complain about how Vince had always buried him to talents like John Cena, Roman Reigns, etc even though in reality that's not what had happened but regardless he and Sami had great chemistry to where you would know that storyline was going to go get over and it did on TV at the time because of it, anyways.
And to having great matches with Tyler Black, Bryan Danielson, and even of course Steve Corino is something that he would have great storylines for since he had a lot of great chemistry with them as well during that time, anyways.
Meh, Corino had so much experience across the 90’s indies and such that he knew it was just business. I think Steve is tremendously underrated. His feud with Jerry Lynn in ECW was one of the brightest spots for the dying company.

Yep because that's the same talent, which also happens to be his real life in real life because he would hold the ROH Tag titles and also the ROH World title before he would sign with WWE in 2014 is mostly how great of a run that he had for the territory at the time because of it, anyways.

They haven't always been perceived that way, THAT's bullshit. It's no secret that the wrestling world (WWE in particular) have become more obsessed with a wrestler's look and body type over their abilities over the last decade or so.
Oh GEEZ! The image WWE has put into young minds of what a wrestler should look like is ridiculous. Wrestlers never used to be perceived as guys with Herculean bodies and a tan. Kevin Steen shows you can wrestle and perform without having to have a great body. Despite being chubby he is still quite athletic.
Of course they have, but various body shapes were seen as the image of wrestling, not just the one. And yes, of course conditioning is crucial, but you can look like Steen and still be well conditioned, you don't need to have bulging muscles to be a conditioned athlete.
"The only numbers that'll be on my chest is the date you die." Shit, even Cornette had to enjoy that one.
