Salary is not dependent on Certification. You should just have knowledge and hand on experience of the platform. Certifications are mostly preferred not mandatory.

Not sure how to do it through the GUI as attachments in SN live in a table that isn't easily accessible through the GUI. However you can get there through the API. 👍🏻

Not OP but I can tell you I did the official ServiceNow Developer course for Tokyo and this content was just about 100% current. As of today (24 Apr 2023) the exam will be on Utah, so be aware of that.
As the title of the video says he is teaching Servicenow development. which is applicable for all the modules but yes he is mostly using ITSM modules for demonstration. Hope it's clear to you
