Yeah, so the "wishlist" screenshot at 0:38 is a mistake. But, hey, at least it wasn't anything that DOXXED me, eh? I used the snipping tool to get a screenshot of my Twitch page, but I didn't rename it from the default "Capture" - I think you can guess what I did next. That's right. I grabbed a shot of my wishlist to show somebody that and I overwrite the old one. Whoops...

@@somekeyboard5282 he just explained it man, he took a screenshot, then likely placed it in the video and continued editing the video. But then he took another screenshot and it overwrote the original capture, causing it to automatically update on his project.
Just a fact, that you are getting scared of being doxxed for sharing your wishlist is terrible.

thank god they did the "pet the x" in typical noita style. it would feel out of place if it couldn't randomly kill you
And, with explosion immunity, or high health and the ability to heal, you could potentially have utility from it.

@@SanAntonioJoker I remember seeing some dev being pissed about "can you pet the dog?" and talking about wanting to add a petting mechanic that either randomly kills the animal or you.
I think Nolla-games made a nice compromise that might please both sides of that argument.
It's crazy cool that the noita devs didn't stick to their resolution to stop updating this game!!

@@wesleykoewing8596 It was a really good marketing strategy if nothing else, entice the entire playerbase, active or not, with the double whammy of nostalgia and sadness of a "final update" to a decade old, universally beloved game, then come out of left field with the "nah jk lmao".

It doesn't matter if its about new content or simple bugfixes, im always amazed at how often the devs update Noita after like 3 years, every time i see a new update im between "wow so cool thanks" and "devs are you fine are you healthy?"
I imagine they add stuff to noita out of the love they have for their game, similar to terraria but on a smaller scale
Well, this and steam sales keep bringing new and old player in. IIRC, we've got the most active users not long ago.
I love the deer boss Idea maybe it was not on purpose but it feels like the game is saying "For all the pain you have done to the innocent creatures I will send back to you 10 fold"
The boss knows the single best weapon against me is myself
Cool thing with clusterbolt bounce, it also activates after a "circle of" spell ends (found this out while screwing with true orbit)

I stopped playing Noita for a few months, but now I started again, I can see why I like it so much.
It is very fitting that the karma boss would have karma damage as a mechanic
i was surprised hearing fury actually pronounce hämis decently well, but then i heard the muodonmuutos pronounciation ☠☠☠

So like yk how the meat boss is the heart of kolmi, the pyramid boss the legs of kolmi and etc. It would be cool that they all dropped a special item which can be combined at the mountain altar with the Salt to create a true final boss which would be the actual kolmi which would be huge and super hard to defeat even for pros like you, but when defeated you would get the crown jewel if you completed the sun quest.. i really hope something like that gets added because even the 34 orb kolmi is pretty easy to beat with the right spell and wand combination
I actually really like that idea. It would be cool to have a ridiculously giant boss to fight. Like Shadow of the Colossus style.

I'm surprised the Noita devs didn't called those ghosts Inky, Pinky, Blinky and Clyde (the names of the Pac Man ghosts)
When it comes to "godrun" kills of the deer boss without ambrosia, you could always use an infinite damage wand and either survive via saving grace or use up a single extra life. Unless it bypasses the temporary immunity frames you get from those.
Adding spells that make self damage beneficial is great!
That exploding pet remind me of exploding critter in warcraft 3 or starcraft, where you spam clicking it until it explode in a mushroom cloud.

I'm guessing none of the new content offers any hints towards the Cauldron or Eye puzzles, otherwise Fury would have said something. Or at least, no hints that have been found yet.

The new polymorph spell actually would be a great for polymorph eggs (along with shields and whatnot). And so would a bunch of boomerang white holes
Oh my, you just solved the problem with using destruction in an egg. I think the new spell in a hollow egg would be the perfect anti-poly egg strat now.

This is the one video of yours and others I will not watch. For the first time in ages Noita has content I've never seen, and I don't want to waste the innocence of finding a new spell or boss somewhere in the world I never knew about. I want to be in the dark and experience this update like its my first time playing because I'll never know when it will be the last update.

5:20 the Jarated effect of the touch of gold is also a nice tf2 sniper reference :D
Yeah, there is also actually an extremely rare variant of the sniper enemy which spawns on TF2 release day each year in Snowy Depths. Instead of shooting bullets, it throws jars of pee at you.
Another use of white hole... If you cast both white and black hole simultaneously, the gravity effect cancels out. So you get the effect of chaotic transmutation, but without the mess.
Hey, I believe clusterbolt has some kind of interaction with luminous drill. I set up a wand with trigger spark bolt -> clusterbolt -> triple spell -> luminous drill x3. Eveything died in glorious explosions! (Including myself)
So with the addition of meatball now, doesn't that mean we have a kolmi each for magic, technology, and nature? Can you combine them somehow and fight ultimate kolmi? There must be some kind of secret right?
The developer in charge of the content, Hempuli, did say that he wanted to do that, but he ran out of time on his contract, so that’ll have to wait…

@@FuryForged Oh, that's really awesome that they were thinking about it, even if they haven't put it in. Hopefully that stays a possibility for the future, ever since they added mecha kolmi I was hoping they'd complete the trifecta and allow us to reunite them one day. If it ever happens I hope it's an absolutely brutal fight too haha. Thanks for the response : )
One more thing about Tapion Vasalli, is that it actually makes all innocent creatures - even the ones spawned by the Muodonmuutos spell - explode on death. Brutal.

I had a run on the beta branch where i got a hämis egg and i saw the pet promt come up and didnt know it was a thing, and on the first pet it exploded and killed a multi hour long run

I didn’t know the chance for the little guy to explode when petting him was so low. It literally happened to me the first time I tried it and never petted them again lol
The first time I pet the hammy it exploded I thought that's how it work but it's only a 1% change

It's understandable. Normally all this stuff would have been pushed to main in only a couple weeks, tops, but we've had content from 6 months ago that still hasn't been pushed to main! Hopefully all of this goes to main sometime in the next couple months.

Also I'd note that enemies can still hit you with the big heal bolt so you can just toss it at an enemy still to get healed
Fun fact, if you use white hole and black hole together it nullifies the attraction and repulsion effects, making it do nothing except dig.

I accidentally killed the stag boss during a run, i didn't know what it was, shot it, saving grace saved me and then it died, so now i know why haha

I think thematically the deer boss would be better not as an "unlockable" boss that just spawns in the middle of the nowhere, but akin to Steve/Skoude in that if you slaughter innocent creatures, the boss will spawn in some more inconvenient location for the player where you can't just miss it entirely. It's unlikely to trigger anyway unless you use some very specific spells or tactics, so I don't think it warrants to be a "secret" boss in the sense that you both have to trigger something and then go out of your way to a specific location to find it.
I think using a greek letter to cast the deadly heal negates the self damage.
Either that or it was because the wand had an always cast downwards larpa.
I literally got the one percent chance the first time I ever pet a hamis. I thought it was a cruel joke and happened every time so I haven't done it since😂

all of this looks cool... just the damage reflection boss seems invincable without ambrosia unless they give it a weakness like a type of damage it cant reflect.

Hey fury, I have a problem. While I have been able to make it to coal pits pretty regularly, I have never made it past hiisi base. I’ve been following a bunch of beginners tips and tricks guides, but still, no jungle. I don’t know what to do. Can you help me out?

Kind of wish they made it so that any material that gets transmuted into gold turns into toxic gold instead. Would have been way more interesting than making it so that gold shifts practically never happened.

Nope. We have no idea when it might. I recommend everyone who is really interested in Noita to play on beta branch. There really is no reason not to at this point. It's not more unstable.
