    Thanks - Another useful review - Curses! I hadn't realised the lifting arm could be made to work so I make my own (4 sides of thick card with barbeque skewers pushed through them with thin card top and bottom and as mine are for play rather than wargaming I reinforce the inside of the ends and top deck with milliput) - The top deck was an open grid and you can represent that using thread wound around the arms from end to end, when that's set add cross-members of glue-soaked thread and press down so they don't stand too high (slaters microrod could be used but that's be expensive). For mine I left it flat as the lad is at an age he will want to drive his tanks over it and the thread would catch. The advantage is I make an entire top section with the arm (rollers are press-studs) that can be swopped with the turret so he gets two for the price of one.

    Good vedio I'm buliding a model railway of the DDay bulid up .
    I have the airfix bridge laying tank ( 2nd one ) .
    Now airfix dose the 1st bridge laying tank , the crocodile flame thrower ,and standered Churchill tank I can have the line up on the base .
