      In competition I think I actually prefer no elbows to the face both to reduce chances of a cut stopping a fight early and I think it can make for a more “open” ground game with less smothering and more upright posture to throw punches.

    I feel like phone cameras really made the "No L's" culture really take over. I'm 26 now, back in middle school we used to fight after school just for the fun of it. One video got known throughout the school and I swear like the next week we were fighting and one kid lost, ran home and came back with a pellet gun. After that the fights for fun kinda stopped. We still fought put of anger but that soon turned into people getting jumped. And after I seen people getting jumped I started keeping a blade, and by 10th grade I had my little 38. I grew up fighting, I miss that culture

    The days of going out to the street, yard, football field and settling things like men are all but over. When I was young. You settled it and win loose or draw. You went and got each other a beer or 2 or 6 and treated each other with respect and even admiration. Some of my best friends were made that way. That is one reason you get 9 on one. Most boys are to punkassed to act like men. They need to grow up and part of that is learning mutual respect. Respect to this dude for manning up and settling it the old fusion way. Dude said he gave him membership to the gym. HATS OFF to him. This will probably build a good life long friendship because you are dealing with men and NOT BOYS!

    i've participated in a "ring of fire" while training in high school, when one of the other kids in my kajukenbo class was shit talking and beating up on my little brother after the class. suffice to say, sifu wasn't having any of it and neither was i. we got through it, bowed after wards and it was over. learning martial arts is the greatest way to not get into fights lol big ups to you mr. mightymouse, it's so cool to see you reacting to such an awesome channel such as streetbeefs. much love.
