Maybe they changed the cover for the JP version because the explosion could remind them of the Hiroshima bombing.

yeah dude I guess I'm one who didn't get to play this game back in the day "sorta speak" I does look a bit archaic however it does look and "feel a bit more fun than some of their newer counterparts in today's gaming world. I have a new mobile device game that almost looks like the graphics shown In your video however the game I have doesn't have a "trench run" which by the way is my ultimate favorite I live for that game part of the battles. mine only has space battles with main original trilogy ships some of which a gamer must unlock or "earn" others like the Millennium Falcon or Anakin's Ship. Well thanks for the ride.

The enemy camera zoom you hate is a selectable option in the pause menu, in case you ever revisit this game

Thanks for that, James. I’ll be making use of that the next time I play the game. Cheers! - Danny

The planet hoth amying the AT-ST is very hard.do I need a new controller. ?

That part can be kind of tricky. For that stage, my strategy is to boost quickly behind all of the AT-ATs and AT-STs and then take out the STs first. When you’re behind them, you can slow down super slow and just unleash on them one by one. - Danny

Is there a video of the full gameplay of the Japanese dub to watch?

Hi, Mike. I don’t have a full play through captured for it, but surely there’s a video of it somewhere. - Danny

I remember renting this game for a week, being all excited about it, about the graphics and all. And yes, the graphics were great, but I found the game so boring that I stopped playing after half a hour and didn't touch it. Just waited for the day to give it back. Again, last year, I bought that SW Squadrons for the PS4, again being all excited think the game would be good... I found it 100% unplayable. I found the controls, layout, graphics, menus and pretty much everything about the game so confusing I also have up on it (yes, even the graphics were confusing and annoying. I couldn't even understand WTF was going on). I did try to play it for a few hours, but I still hated it. At least the GC was playable. I guess this Squadrons series is just not for me.

To each their own, eh? Thanks for the comment. I know for me with Squadrons, I’m in the same boat. It was on Game Pass so I gave it a shot not knowing much about the game. That control scheme, the flight sim like aspects were just not fun. Rogue Leader nailed it with the controls. I get what they were going for, but as with you and Rogue Leader, Squadrons just wasn’t for me and that’s totally fine! - Danny

The Squadrons controller Is kind of a headache but finally got into It. Even got some friends to pick It & play together;we were Skull Squadron and were TERRIBLE at the multiplayer lol.
In the end,I had lots of fun with Squadrons, sorry to hear your experiences wasn't a pleasant one.

with all due respect, I think you should get better at playing "video games" in general before thinking you having an opinion worth listening to
you sucking isn't a "critique." you not being able to hit the repair button fast enough isn't a critique. the whole point of the game is to "get better at being a Starfighter pilot" and you just totally missed that. playing movie clips wasn't a "nice touch for the time" it was just... "a nice touch." I got "Rogue" level pilot and gold medals on a ton of missions on this game when I was 12 years old, and I was playing stuff like Everquest and Counter-Strike and Tribes 2 at the same time. I would literally have this game on pause in between counter-strike rounds in 1.6. You are not giving this game its due praise not only in the era but also for its legacy.
