I did 5 days in a row! First time ever. I’m so proud of myself for showing up today. Woke up sore & almost took a rest day. Realized if I skipped today it would start a series of excuses to skip strength training & your videos. Can’t wait for next week. Thank you.

For New Year's I graduated to 20 lb dumbbells and this week has royally whooped my behind! I won't lie- I was apprehensive about today's workout feeling as rough as I was from the rest of the week, but I did it! Thank you for your fun, yet challenging, workouts! You guys have such awesome rapport! It's great feeling like I'm working out with friends! And I love the honesty and knowing even the trainers ride the struggle bus from time to time too! You guys are awesome!
Week 1 is done, and wow, it was delivered! I am so proud of myself today, I stayed with you on the 25-pounders! Doing the last 2 add-ons tomorrow, but this program is fantastic! Thank you for pushing me to challenge myself!

Loving this new program-Thanks so much! Just a tip for others like me-I prefer shorter circuits or super sets, so I did the first move, then went back 30 seconds and did it again, then the same with the second, third, etc. That way I didn’t have to go back and do all 7, which seems daunting to me for some reason, lol.
Okay this was my favorite workout of the week! Time flew by and I honestly loved tough love Lindsey, I pushed myself a lot more after I heard “you’re not working as hard as you think” 🔥 Can’t wait for next week!
Loving this program! I'm 8 weeks postpartum and did the first two weeks of the postpartum videos but when you said the modifications of this program would work postpartum I joined in. With naps only 40 minutes right now this is the perfect length to get me moving and showered before baby girl wakes up. Thank you!

Loved this weeks lineup of workouts and the new moves! 20 min is perfect for me and I add on an extra lower abs workout to tone my stomach after having 2 kids. My 3 year old loves watching you guys and says she's Rachel and I'm Lindsey lol
Loved, loved, loved all of these workouts. Mentally, it’s so much easier hitting play on a 20/25 minute workout than a 40 minute one. And then after the 20 minute workout, I’m like “well the burnout is ONLY 10 minutes” 😂 and hit play on that as well and before I know it, I DID complete about 35/40 minutes of exercise/movement! This is probably my favorite program to date. Thank you for always being creative and putting out new content for us!
Really loving this program. Love the ranger burpees. I’m excited to do it again and try heavier weights on some things. I used my 25s for the first couple of moves my biceps struggled but so glad I went heavy. Thank you for always pushing us to do more!
I loved the split lunge, split deadlift combo. My obliques have been talking to me since Wednesday's workout and got a nice extra burnout today. Loved week 1 and am loving the 25 minute workouts. So doable with my two littles. Thank you!

Great session. I only had 20 minutes to work out before an appointment. I will finish my other 30 full body workout after lunch. ❤ I used (2) 20 and (1) 30lb for this workout
Great workout! Question on breathing: Do we always exhale at the hardest part? I thought a trainer mentioned we do exhale at the hardest part except when you are moving away from the body (like the one legged ab move) then we would inhale when moving away and then exhaling when coming back. I've always struggled knowing when to inhale and exhale
These workouts are really showing me I'm so uncoordinated. But I'm giving it my best and hopefully along with gaining strength I should be able to flow better. Rather than stop starting as my legs and or arms are going the wrong way 😂
This was tough. My coordination was not spot on, and I had to go back to make sure I had the right form. I had an off night, I think. My perfectionist mentality was tested with this one for sure, and I’m just happy I did it. It wasn’t perfect but I will go back some day and try it again.
