it is only solo or co op, works much the same way that games like valheim, v rising or icarus does, you can host a server but the max player limit is low, like 8 I believe at launch..Not a massive multiplayer for sure, but should be a fun experience for a group of friends
I’ve had my eye on this game for awhile. I will definitely be playing it. It would be nice to travel back to the places you visited for materials or whatever. Seems like you’ll miss stuff that you might need later.
Ya I have been watching this games development for a long time now. I don't get excited about many games, been burned too many times, but this one has got me. I hope the delays are not foreshadowing anything bad.
I’d love to be wrong but this game shows all the signs of future fail due to trying to do too much. They will release an underwhelming early access and people will loose interest.
I played an early access and we cant share much, but one thing i can say is, its complete , the delay is to move it over to UE 5.2, its prety cool, how it works is you use cards to generate maps, it plays much like Icarus, but less space, more magic :P
It looks good, but I am sad its not going to be an MMO, just another single player co-op that will be hyped for a minute and then die off when everyone finishes playing it. Its an amazing premise, but wont peak my interest as a co-op, unfortunately.
words words words, promises, trailiers, devs stories and then premiere comes and most of this highly anticipated games fall down hard leaving us again with bad taste in the mouth :) 90% of todays games are Corpo-made-games with huge promises and miserable creativity without passion, demystified all of these on the release day.

Well you can create " similar" places, just simply not the exact same place

Nah, they are upgrading it to use UE5.2 they say wich will be awesome
Id love to see some PvP aspect to this but I'll likely end up getting it all the same if the story and lore is as deep and engaging as you say.
This and Funcom's Dune are both have me so excited to try them out!

They said they are working on it
it got pushed back again, Feb of 2024. But it also appears they are not rushing just to get some garbage on the market.

its actually almost done, and plays quite smoothly.. I have been on both playtests
