first pose : this is good for a single pose but when we make an animation his teeth will throw out in his mounth. because you changed the teeth position in his mounth. is this normal?
cheating is normal in animation is up to you to make sure is not visible...usually when you close the mouth you will change the teeth position for the next mouth shape..you have to find a balance

make your own video of the action you want to animate, open that video in quicktime player so that you can see the timing and poses....its reall helpful. Take playbast again and again and see is it looking ok. Its all about practice man.
