- INGREDIENTS FOR SPECIAL PITTOD KI SABZI -
(HINDI)
बेसन - १ कप (१२५ ग्राम)
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १/२ + २ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाइन - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - १ + २, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ + १ इन्च
देशी घी - ३ + १ चम्मच
दही - १ कप
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)

Gramflour - 1 cup (125 gm)
Turmeric powder - ¼ + ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ + 1 tsp
Salt - ½ + 1 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - ½ + 2 tsp
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ + ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 1 + 2, chopped
Ginger - ½ + 1 inch
Desi Ghee - 3 + 1 table spoon
Curd/ Yogurt - 1 cup
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)
