DEAR FRIEND, Its that possible put external subtitles in this player or download through this player ? A Many blurays its not subtitles in my language, I am portuguese . GREAT VIDEO
On the Panasonic DP-UB820 4K Blu-ray Remote control there is a Subtitle button that will turn on Subtitles. As well there is also a setting that you can turn on in the menu that will allow you to have Subtitles
Good video. I have the ub 420 with the lg g3 and when it’s set up properly it’s stunning. Worth mentioning that you can set it up for different tv types - I think yours was set to LCD but there are OLED and projector settings too. Also there is an environment setting which can increase the brightness depending on your viewing environment - whether it’s bright or really bright etc. Doesn’t look like you need it, but it helps if viewing in bright room conditions or you just want that extra overall brightness push as some films can be a little dark on OLEDs.
Thank you Mark I really appreciate that! I hope that you could understand what I was trying to say? Some people have trouble understanding what I am saying! And Mark I highly recommend upgrading to the Panasonic DP-UB820 4K Blu-ray player because it will do Dolby Vision, Where as I do believe that the PANASONIC DP-UB420 will only support HDR10+
@@hometheaterman1424 It was fine 👍 I could make it out. That’s why I was watching the video - I’m trying to work out if the ub9000 is worth buying over what I have now. Is it just the addition of Dolby vosion and better sound?…or is there an overall quality increase aswell?
@mdk9000 yes if you can afford the Panasonic DP-UB9000 then I say definitely get it then. I here it's an awsome blue ray player 😎 I will eventually be upgrading to the Panasonic DP-UB9000. It is a quiet Blu-ray player. My Panasonic DP-UB820 4K is kinda noisy. Every so often you can hear the disc drive spinning. Where as the Panasonic DP-UB9000 has solid steel chassis that seals the sounds and vibrations inside the player so you don't here that noise. I also know that the Panasonic DP-UB9000 has some extra Video Settings that the Panasonic DP-UB820 4K and 420 doesn't have.
@3:05 There's no such thing as a tv with a 12-bit color panel. Hell, most tvs aren't even 10 bit. Do your research, my dude. All that does is upscale the picture to a 12 bit sample. Not a native 12 bit color gamut.

@@mdk9000 sweet sounds fantastic! You should get the PANASONIC DP-UB9000 series Blu-ray player on Black Friday!

Aww your welcome anytime God bless you as well!
Can I set it to 24 p or 24 hz for watching movies? It’s stuck on auto.
Yes you want 24P set to on. Auto is totally fine. Because most 4K films are shot in 24P or higher
