Cos the moment kidney starts failing there no way just no way to stop it regardless of which stage you are in

- stress which makes your bp always high
- your protein intake
- your salt intakes
- water intake (kidneys shrinks with less)

Kidney transplant is a very good option in my case everything else was good except my kidneys so if your mom is in similar situation then go for it!
Also visit a good nephrologist and take his advice

He should have taken namitha deal. Even if in future he needed fund she could have helped easily to raise bigger fund in low equity or she would have funded. It was foolish decision to ignore her deal.

This is a pre revenue but tech services business with patented tech with government approvals which is a big thing specially in medical field, which can not be valued by revenue but the target market and in my opinion that is very high. So giving 5 crore valuation is so greedy from Namita and saying its for special cause, I know they are here to invest but they should avoid harming businesses with such good cause by under valuing them.
Yep. Any US based pharmaceutical firm would purchase his patent for 10m USD with 10% royalty.
