@@arka_world - Maybe but the Sharks/Anupam had a very valid point. You don't see same brand/Harpic as a toilet cleaner & body wash too ... The branding had an issue plus the waterless wash not sure how much it will grow too.. You do realize most bigger companies just eat up investors money and don't have sales to support it... He already raises crores of rupees and sales didn't support that..
I have never heard of this brand & concept But now I will be using this while travelling Not for a complete Bath but for cleaning exposed body parts, This is any day better than using alcohol rubs.
There is a huge market for Hygiene Products if marketing is done well!

and the valuation is quite high according to sales, not justified at all.
irony of the situation is almost every shark is under loss
Bharat pe, Shadi Group, Lenskart, Sugar, Mama Earth all are loss making companies.
How is valuation calculated?
Valuation is calculated like if you are asking one crore rupees for 1% of your companies valuation then the valuation of your company is 100 crore rupees means you are offering one person one person take of your company in exchange of 1 rupees so 100% take of your company will be of at which what price

Sharks isilie out hue kyunki unke paas khud isme expertise nahi hai k is product ko kese aake le jaenge. Basically they can't add value here. And not because k product mei dum nahi hai. Jo banda ek nayi category bana skta hai, woh home cleaning category mei bhi macha skta hai with the right guidance jo in sharks mei nahi tha. Only Aman sort of acknowledged this. I understand it is not ideal for a brand to position itself for personal hygiene and home cleaning care but that's where it should look up to Dettol and position the medical benefits which now is a synonym for trust whether it is their bodywash or other products.

For me it's like oooooo bhai Ashneer tu hasne ka kitna Equity lega jisme main Investment karu
I found a better quality product at a similar price. 100% made in the UK, imported and marketed in Amazon India. The brand name is NILAQUA.. marketed in UK/Europe since 2010

Ek cheez jo Anupam and Ashneer ne kahi h wo factually galat hai -:Ashneer and Anupam said ki jo brand toilet cleaner or kitchen utensil cleaner us brand ke product ki bodysoap ko consumer buy nhi karega.
This view is absolutely wrong.
Dettol ek aisa brand h jo toilet cleaners and kitchen utensils cleaner bhi banata h , yahan tak ki floor ko saaf karne ke liye log dettol use karte hain . Dettol soaps, handwash, sanitizers sab banata h log buy karte hain.
To ye galat h kehna ki consumer aise brand ke body products nhi buy karega jo toilet, kitchen cleaners ho.
Dettol also sells floor cleaners,, with other body products..
Thats why Aman is the best shark on STI no wonder why every pitcher wants Aman as their investor
But yeah why wouldn’t one use wet wipes versus this sanitizer spray + towel when one has to wash these towels regularly! Agar pani ki problem hai to towel kisme dhoyenge

Those Gross sales are not much when you consider the amount of investment that has dumped into it.. By this episode he raised/invested close to 40cr and God knows how much more he took from investors! ... The net won't even cover the interest in these investments forget getting money back!!... lol
