Many KJB believers use Psa.12:6-7 as a proof text for the preservation of the word of God as found in the AV King James Bible, as do I, but overlook verse 8, where it speaks of these wicked modern bible perverters (Google wouldn't allow me to type perverter's, ha ha!) aka modern textual critics. As it is written; The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. 7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. 8
