Although an old video, this was very useful and I could relate to almost everything. I'm a 72yo male who's been active all his life and who now has left MRTC on supra and infra with partial on subscap In 2013 I had supra repair on right, and it's holding up pretty well. I'm not a fan of RTSA surgery, and have been using PT for the past two months. Good to know that 6mos is a target for re-evaluation. I'll see if 90deg abduction in supine helps.
