I pray daily for the entire family, by name, and I try to pray imagining what the need of each person may be at that time. I pray as well that the salvation of solas is the primare focus of all the do. Rev Tim Storms, PA
Love the Collingsworth family. She loves the Lord and her family. She has stayed humble and totally committed to God. I am impressed that the girls all dress modestly.
Kim is such a godly woman, an example for all moms and artists. Her ever present desire to follow Jesus is always evident. She and Phil have raised a godly family and allowed their vocal talents to reach full potential. Thank you Matt.🙏🏼
I love Kim Collingsworth & the family. Kim is the “real deal.” I thank the Lord for the Collingsworth family ministry....so talented and great Christians.
Kim truly is the real deal. I was a piano student of hers for a short time after she and Phil were just married. I learned many many things but something that stands out to me was when we discussed playing in a public setting, she said “when you sit down at the piano and start to play people want to know that you have control of that instrument and you know what you are doing” I think this goes along with what she was saying when she offered advice for musicians....play it to the best of your ability, practice, practice, practice and play with intent.
I just saw their concert in Texas in December 2021 and what amazing was to hear Kim playing that fantastic piano and the entire family singing as nobody else can do. Phil also play a fantastic trumpet. Now imagine a fantastic trumpet with a fantastic piano. They have the gift of bring the best gospel music. May God bless them all.
Kim is an extremely talented and Godly woman and was the inspiration for me to study and learn piano. If I only end up with one half percent of her talent I will consider myself a success. Thanks so much for your unselfish devotion to God!
Looking forward to the end of the month when they will be at Maranatha Bible & Missionary Conference in Norton Shores, MI. I will get to see them for the 2nd time. The first was at a Baptist church in Elkhart, IN. My DIL knew how much I wanted to see them and the church was only about a mile from their house so Amy got tickets for her & I to go. It was right near Mother's Day so that was my gift from them. We were able to sit right up front. I felt truly Blessed at being there. I am giddy at the thought of seeing them again. I adore them & their music.
Loved this interview. Kim, it is honestly easy to see when you are on stage how much you A - You Love the Lord and B - You Love your Family. We appreciate you. Blessings
The last year our group traveled was 1973. That was the year that there was rationing of gasoline, because of short supply. We never wanted for the supply, or for the money to buy gas that was 79 cents a gallon (oh, for the good old days.) When God calls He supplies ALL YOU NEEDS. He will never lead us into a situation that we need to fear , as the Collingsworth girls sing. "Fear Not Tomorrow. God is Already There. "A big. AMEN to that.
Awesome interview.. Kim CollingsWorth is so Humble, has a Sensed of Humility and Naturally Beautiful., in and outside ..I accidentally came across the Group on Utube during a difficult time in my life..They've been an inspiration to me ever since.. ,Such Harmonious and Angelic Voices.. The first songs that caught my attention were, "At Calvary," "The Blood of Jesus", "Show a little kindness":..."Resurrection Morn"..."Moving with Jesus"...";God can do Anything and God can go Anywhere" ....And one of Mrs CollingsWorth's Instrumental Piano Song, The "Hallelujah Chorus,"She was Phenomenal.. The Piano was on HolyGhost Fire.. Her Fingers worked Magic on those keys Boards😂😂..She appears to be ready to take off like an Eagle 😁😁..Your Family are the Best of the Best Gospel Singers out there.. I wish to meet you all, one day, While God spare our lives.. I Share and listen to your music with ALL my Contacts,Numerous times daily.. Your Music is Anointing and humbling.. I'm brought to tears and Joy, everytime at the Rehab Facility, where I'm recouping from spinal surgery .. May God Continue to Blessed,Strengthen,Prosper and Secure your voices for the Glory of God.. Lots of Hugs to Little Emma, she caught my, "Heart, 😘😘Love from California USA 😇🙏🙏💞💞💝👌🌺🌵🌷🌺🌹🌷🌵🌸🌹🌵🌷🌹🌺🌷🌵🌺..
I so enjoyed this interview with Kim! ❤Only recently I came upon their concerts and have immersed myself. I have watched one concert at least 3 times in the past two weeks. I am so moved by their performances and become very emotional. My tears are of joy and happiness and at 70 I thought I had experienced many things. This was different! I do come from a musical family, 5 generations, and have many good memories of family gatherings where we all sang and played various instruments. This was on both sides of my family. Music brings people together, and we laughed a lot too. Some were professional musicians and some were not, but we all contributed what we could and I appreciate talent when I see it. We sang four part harmony in the car growing up when we traveled anywhere, and it was not forced nor did we have singing lessons. Perhaps it was in the genes. I think though that what I feel with the Collingsworth family is even deeper. Though I have not met them yet, I feel I know them! Their love for Jesus and their faith is evident in their support for each other and their giving fully to others. Humility I see in Kim and she always gives the praise and glory to God/Jesus. She has instilled this in her kids and I’m sure Phil has as well. Trusting in Jesus is something I have not always done though I felt I was a Christian my entire life. It is one thing to go to church regularly and study the scriptures your entire life. But to really understand and trust in Jesus/God…for everything, and to realize that relationship with him overrides doctrines, church attendance, thinking you are a good person etc., and to believe in the Holy Spirit, the value of prayer each day several times a day, to be like Jesus in how we present ourselves to others, in all we do….living with intention. Well I am not good at using a few words and perhaps there aren’t enough words to say what I feel when I hear this family sing or speak. While none of us are perfect, living fully for Jesus daily, always is the best goal we can have. I pray I can copy their faith and example, and add their music to my life often. Music is powerful and can reach the masses. I believe Jesus brought them into my life at the perfect time I needed them! Thanks for this amazing interview to get a little more acquainted with Kim. She is amazingly talented as a wife, mom, grandmother, and as a Christian. And of course, she makes those ivories sing! Thank you both for making my day and adding value to it! May God bless you both. ❤❤🙏🏻🙏🏻🎶🎵🎶
So sad I am going to miss their concert tonight in Indianapolis. Have my ticket but woke up yesterday with a nasty cold. Didn't think people around me would appreciate me sneezing and coughing. 😣
Matthew Fouch I’m not surprised! What a lovely, talented lady with such a down to earth view of who she is. She reminds me of Connie Hopper in that way. You can’t help but love and respect her. Thank you for giving us a opportunity to meet all of you talented people in a way we wouldn’t normally get to know.
I have to say, just heard Kim say, I'm not the best technically, and many much better. I would totally disagree. You are probably the best piano player out there.
Yes - I just heard them about a week ago, Phil asked her to introduce a song and we got about a 25 minute sermon :-) - but it was great, and I'm happy she shared as much as she did. Wonderful family, and the best singing of any that I've ever heard.
I have a totally different view then all the people on here! I’m really sad that you have compromise yourself your husband and all your children. You left behind a legacy that came from truth. You will know exactly what I’m talking about. I noticed it started with one of your daughters. Then the next daughter and your son and now mom and dad. My heart is very heavy and sad for you. Return to your first Love

They are completely immodest to the amish and Mennonites... It's all what that person is comfortable with.
That's why God is glorified in you because the Holy Spirit leads you. I am always blessed in your programs
