Omg I’m obsessed with starting to be healthier now! I’m getting up at like 6:15am and showering every morning and walking my dog first thing and trying to eat healthier I fully support you girl! We can do dis! ☺️
Also omg I went vegan last year and it totally messed up my face I’m finally clearing it up after almost two years I’m so happy I’m not alone in this journey!

Itsmecamii I broke out really bad! I’m just finally starting to get it cleared up after a year. It also messed up my hormones and I’m just getting a regular you know what back. Last year I lost it for 6 months at a time and then I’d bleed everyday for months it sucked period symptoms for days. I didn’t realize how bad it was for my body until I gained like 60lbs cause of hormones. I’m really glad I stopped cause it did so much damage to my body

Ya I feel like food combining or just not eating enough protein/fats can rly mess w ur iron and hormone levels, glad ur trying new stuff and eating whatever u want!

Cellulite is totally natural! Everyone is different in their experiences with it and even the most fit looking people can have it. It can be unnerving at first but it doesn't make you any less beautiful 💞

I didn't have a great experience with beautycounter :( I love the NARS concealer though and I've been using bareminerals/mineral makeup now and my skin has improved so much! Are you still using the NARS? XOXO

H C all you had to say was that it probably wouldn’t be free. i don’t know why you felt the need to say all of that.
@H C Why would it be free? This is something she put a lot of effort into, I am sure she filmed over 10 different workouts for the program, it takes time. I really don't understand why people think they can get anything for free.
My guess it is going to cost arond 65$ which I think is worth it.
My gym membership is 100$ a month
*Plus, I'm sure she payed a lot of money for her trainer to come up with the workouts...

I wouldn’t recommend workout plans from anyone who isn’t certified. There are plenty of great workout videos on IG for FREE. Bodyfitbalance is a GREAT source and she is certified as well. Yes I’m CPT/WLS so please, spend your money right. People are just trying to make a profit nowadays

Girl. Okay... I used to SWEAR by Olehenriksen but I always felt like my skin was missing something. My friends always told me to try tatcha, but , I was scared to because of the price. Okay, I tried the dewy skin cream and my skin has never been happier. You should forreal try out some tatcha products suited for you skin type !

Hey Emma! is there a certain detangler or conditioning product you use or recommend to keep ur blonde moisturized?? i just got blonde balyage and am looking for a good product to moisturize my hair cuz it's getting so dry post washes!
I really recommend Olaplex 6, I apply it on damp hair and it’s so moisturising and helps frizz!

The rest of the people are aggressively trying to recruit more people to join the company and sell products. It’s not the worst MLM but you still shouldn’t quit your day job to work for them lol
Their products are still good. And it’s not completely a scheme. If you work hard enough and smart enough, you’ll get there.
