I love how Carl doesnt even care that his body is literally falling to pieces so long as Frylock keeps to his deal and gets him a case of beer. That beer is more important to Carl then Carl's own life.
I like how with all the weird shit they've seen over the course of the show, somehow a giant bug coming out of Carl's body (who seems completely friendly), is what makes them run away.
I like how they established that Carl needed to drive over to the ATHF house in his car so that the last shot of the episode with them driving away in terror made sense.
Carl could truly give the dragon balls a run for their money, given the number of times he's died throughout the series. But I think this has to be one of the most painful one of them all - getting eaten from the inside, losing organs and body parts, then split open into *_PARADISE BABY!!_*

This was the very first episode of ATHF I ever saw. I was nine when I first saw it, I wasn’t allowed to watch the Adult Swim cartoons but snuck up past my bedtime to watch it anyway. When the bug came out of Carl it traumatized me. The scene of the parasite enthusiastically jumping up and down on his body has never left my mind. At the ripe old age of 26, I’m now a more fucked up individual, but I’d like to think I’m wiser and funnier for having grown up with this type of humor.
I find the ingenuity of placing the video in a cartoon TV of aqua teen's style to circumvent the copyright detection algorithm highly entertaining. Especially since you still distorted the aspect radio. 40 up tokes to you.
