Good value for money, but of course that's the cost now. It would be a good idea and very helpful for subscribers if you could find out the cost of all the properties you review during High Season - which is when most tourists will be visiting - and if they offer discounts for monthly stays.
That's a decent room. The one thing I will say about taking baht bus from Central Pattaya to Jomtien is be prepared to absolutely roast alive in the heat while stuck in the massive traffic!!!! I did it once and said nope no more LOL. Now I pay 35-40 for a Bolt motorbike as they can squeeze through traffic and windflow much better to help keep cool during ride.
I stayed there a few years back prior to Covid. It was a nice room. Just a few minutes walk to TukCom and the market, and about 10 minutes walk to Walking Street. This is a good place location wise.
Can you also ask question regarding TM30 and long-term options (pricing, etc.), permanent parking and with cooking option in the baloney (if possible), simply add the checklist at the end of the video
Soi Rungland. I have stayed on that soi before. Vanilla Apartments. Unsure if they are still in business. I remember when they started building that hotel.

Yer, those Baht buses can feel like a sauna when stuck in the traffic.
Some rainfall coming this week though Pal which will make a nice change 👌
