    This video was really helpful thanks! Just a quick question though - at what point do you ask if the potential client has any medical issues (I.e. finding out if they will need clearance from a doctor before proceeding)? Is this done in the online contact form or in the sales call?

      You’re welcome! We ask during the sales call. It’s helpful to go over a health history with the client while speaking to them and then you can also explain why they may need clearance, what they need to do, etc.

    What would help someone lose weight and gain strength with back problems?

      Both of those two processes are pretty much the same when working with someone who has back pain. There are just certain things to avoid and other things that you might want to focus on more when working with someone who has back pain.

      Good question! Honestly, this is really important because not everyone is a good fit! I would say something like “it sounds like you have some really solid goals..*insert something you’ve talked about* but I want you to be able to reach them in the best way possibly for you and honestly, I don’t think my program is a great fit.” You can add in something that might be a better fit if you have one such as, “it seems like physical therapy would really benefit you more right now than personal training” (tailored to whatever your reasoning is of course).
