Hi Mami, thank you, your son, Uncle and the rest of your beautiful family for these fantastic recipes, God Bless you. Mami when I was young my friend’s Mum showed me this same recipe but with a slight twist....after frying the the Vadas she spread some melted ghee on the fried Vadas, she also made a little masala Mooru and dipped the Vadas in them, then placed the yogurt on them for Thairu Vada, very tasty.
