All that shop needs now is a lift. I bought a cheap one from China for $1400 shipped. It's been working fine for the past 3 years.

He has been let down by some Chinese products. Can't everything be Chinese Junk. The Chinese mess up once in a while and make something well!

What you do is run a bead of caulk along the j channel were the metal is and it will seal it up so no trash gets in the channel

I could use a shop or enclosed carport. Hard to work under an open carport that is a wind tunnel
