It is not compulsory to soft prune, even if you don't soft prune the next batch of flowers will come. You just need to fertilize it 😊

Yes you can. when they are growing in pots you have to prune them regularly to get good shape. The plants shown in this video have both hybrid and local varieties

Use NPK having more K (Potassium). You can add a handful of wood ash (Charam) to each plant which has more potassium, then it will bloom.
