Disclaimer: I am not a professional fabricator or builder.
I put out concepts for people to view.
bruh, im like 80% done with a bass boat mod on a '79 Mirrocraft 14 ft v hull, youre my inspiration.... after having done the simplest build that im pleased with, i applaud you dog. youre a hard fuckin worker. thanks for the invaluable content. str8 beast.
Great innovative well thought working fishing boat tips and ideas. I enjoy fabrication also and you Sir are changing the tiny boat fishing experience.
I like it for sure, I’m doing a 12ft rebuild and will most definitely use this idea
Im fixing my cooler hoses to go around a milk jug i can freeze and re-freeze. Thank You for this Video!
8:32-“Sorry buddy, god damn”. Heard that lol
Awesome boat and live well set up going to have to get me one of those drill bits thanks for video
For that chill mod I would coil up a couple feet of 1/2 inch soft copper. Then you could probably get it to lay flat on the bottom. Result would be much better conduction and a lot more room in the box for drinks.
I would not go smaller than 1/2 inch though so you don't restrict the flow rate too much.
Think I'll do that for my live well, when I get that far along.
Do you have a video on exactly how you make the lid rims that drain the water away and the self draining compartment floors?
You should start your own business of boat making man! Start producing boats on a larger scale! It would be so cool to just go out and buy a boat like this
Really enjoy your builds. What is the length of this boat? I have a 14' Yamaha G3 and thinking about doing a similar build with it. Thanks for all you contribute. I have learned a lot from watching your builds.
Hey man love your videos and I will be using them in the process of converting my Jon Boat to a bass boat. What are you recommendations on a V or a flat bottom? Does it matter in terms of stability when standing on the deck ? Thanks in advance!
V bottom is more stable in general flatbottoms boats are good for rivers because you skim over logs and rocks rather then tearing a hole in it
Where did you purchase that box for the live well
Nice video Michael. Greetings from Houston.
So, if I understand correctly, the pump simply pumps water in front the sea and when it gets full, it just flows out the out let. The pump just keeps the water fresh?
Michael Lopez I'm just trying to figure out what I need as I'm trying to build a live bait tank. I'm assuming all I need is a pump to pump fresh water in and some way for the water in the tank to get out?
Which tough box is that on the amazon store? Thanks
So not really sure how water wont get into all the hatches I remeber your explaining it in one video can see to find it again mind pointing me to it?
Dude ur a legend why couldn't u be my neighbor LOL.. my 1442 alweld would be better than my 21ft ranger ...
Michael Lopez thanks for sharing the great content
Do you think that you could send me the links to everything that you used in this video, because I am having trouble finding them on your Amazon page.
The polywall u put in is is waterproof with no leaks? I was going to line my livewell with it
Hi All! Question for you guys and mike.. I have a 11.5 vhull and I been fooling with a cooler livewell, but its big and takes up a lot of space.. Whats the biggest livewell for a 5 Bass limit I can get away with you think? I think I have a 70qrt? Thanks for any help or info !
Where did you get the Polly wall?
awesome man
the front triangle where the bow mount goes what is the height of it? like how far back does it go
That is dope
How much did this cost?
hey do you have any videos of how to work with the pvc sheeting?
What size was that tough box?
can you add a link to the polywall you used for the chill mod? I am looking and im not able to find it using the description in the video.
What tough box did you use in this video?
Rubbermaid brute box
I don’t think you need the hook latches with the live well vent it doesn’t pressure rise to rip the lid open
Where did you get that tuff box
It looks great. Too bad it is not an instructional video - darn.
What tote did you use I looked in your amazon list and I didn’t find fit would any plastic tote work ??!!
Tiny Boat Nation I was thinking about make a plywood box then fiber glassing the whole thing
where did you get the live well itself
Love the livewell. Too bad the video tells you nothing about where to get the box or how to mount the box in there or make the lid for it. So much for the instructions on the instructional video
That blue gill definitely stayed alive
Why not use copper pipe instead of plastic to feed the live well?
@@TinyBoatNation I just think copper will cool faster than plastic keeping the water cooler overall.
Where dis you get live well and what are dimensions on it
What box did you use?
Rubermaid brute box
How many gals do the the livewell hold... Do you have your light on a toggle switch...??? I put mind on a pressure switch so that the lights come on when I open the lid and goes off with the lid close...
Lol... he said "oh god damn"..lol
Hey man I can't find that box for the livewell anywhere do you have a link?
@@TinyBoatNation thanks man that will help out a bunch I've been putting off the rear deck build until I found it. You are the man!
kick ass
Dude I'm wondering if it would be possible to do a build like this on my 10 footer?
Why not??
So having the pump in the cooling mod compartment is ok? Wouldnt it gets submerged in water once all the ice melts? I don't know allot about those pumps, but I was curious if that was ok? Assuming it is but curious about what you have to say on it.
