The callousness of not only discharging someone they had to know couldn't walk, without ensuring there was someone to pick her up and care for her; but also accusing her of trespassing and calling the police is sickening. I think I heard Lisa ask officers for help to make a call, and they didn't give her that help. I have grave concerns over those officers. They were way too keen to arrest her -- no alternatives discussed in the footage I saw. The way they treated (or rather mistreated Lisa) made me wonder about the psychology of those bullying officers and why none of them dissented. About why they didn't appear at all worried that their body cams were recording their horrible treatment of Lisa. Then yesterday I saw a post online about the case of Karen Garner , a 73- yr-old with dementia, and her horrific ordeal at the hands of the police. It disgusted and enraged me. The arresting officers in her case laughed and boasted about what they'd done to her as they watched the cam footage. So now I'm even more angry about what happened to Lisa (which I didn't think possible), because I'm beginning to think the same was true of those officers. I suspect they did what they did because they enjoyed doing it to her.

@@Creeksideviews Corruption abounds. If heads don't roll for what happened, what little faith I have left in the establishment will crumble completely. There needs to be a genuinely independent body overseeing the investigation. Internal ones can't be trusted.

At any rate, it was about a case I saw someone post about yesterday concerning Karen Garner, a 73-yr-old with dementia who was arrested by police who laughed and boasted about what they did to her as they watched their cam footage. I saw shocking similarities. The officers in Lisa's case also didn't seem to care that their body cams recording their mistreatment of her. And none of them objected to how she was treated. Why? Were they also, God forbid, actually enjoying what they were doing to Lisa?
