Young bro has a hard time gaining weight. It's more of the blessing then a curse. Guys like that can look great year round and slowly put on genuine muscle without having to deal with cutting while losing some muscle and strength in the process. He won the genetic lottery IMO.

Don’t rate weighted dips as an main exercise. It’s like squatting on a uneven surface still get benefits but not moving the amount of weight you could. Good finishing exercise.

Alternating between the two is better because while you are doing triceps your biceps can rest or vice versa
