- Undisputed released their second multiplayer beta this weekend and they introduced (playable) for the first time Roy Jones Jr. In this video I explain the uniqueness of RJJ and his overall impact on the game!

It really is incredible how they captured RJJ's soul in the ring. It's eerie how much you feel like him, to the point where you literally have to adapt your play style to match to some degree, far more than any other fighter in the game so far. The animations are definitely the core of it, but they've nailed his speed and agility as well in a way that definitely feels unique to him in the ring. The game is super fun overall, but playing it as Roy is on another level.
When I seen his hard straight animation (2) I was like god damn that was authentic, the little pullback he do.
yeah makes fight night champion roy jones look like trash. Fight night round 3 was the only game that got roy jones right until undisputed
This has to be the most accurate Roy Jones ever featured in an boxing game but I'm waiting for the day they show Ali
completely agree coach! they managed to capture his movements and mannerism to the teeth, the things you can pull up with him are so satisfying to watch AND play, i've been terrorizing people's livers all throughout the beta lol
Coach 1st and foremost Roy is my all time favorite boxer ever. You could argue that in his prime, basically a decade no one was more dominate than he was. It's such a dream come thru to see that captured in a game.

@@TheCoachsCorner i had the exact same thought. Funny, I listened to Showtime say he likes how Marciano felt but not Roy so the difference in fighters and match ups is going to be crazy.

It's true how the fighters feel different. This game isn't even fully done with certain gameplay elements not even in yet. This will be incredible when finished and polished.
Please do more videos like this when the full game releases. Breakdown the fighters strengths, weaknesses and possible strategies to win and defeat players that use these fighters. Nice work.

I've played the Beta as Nigel Benn. Not once, had I won against Roy Jones Jr. (he has better stats; no obvious weaknesses)
Wow this looks night and day from the last beta the punch combinations and I been asking for fast punch combos and looks like they really listen to the positive criticism just got to love it! Great job steel city Roy jones looks so damn good to himself everything looks just like him it’s unbelievable and I can tell he’s going to be one of my favorites!!!! I want to see this uniqueness with most if not all fighters post launch! This is amazing stuff wow I’m just in awe with how great he looks and the game in general! Again great work steel city and great video pointing the stuff out coach! 💪🏽💯

Yes coach!! Loving these videos man. I had a ball playing this game. Early access can't come soon enough. The only thing I'm worried about is my thumbs 😆 My thumbs were murdered as I was paying until early hours of the morning. Couldn't put the game down man. Those Xbox controller sticks ain't no joke. What controller do you use? I'm looking to buy another one before early access comes out. Can't wait to play with my most favourite fighter ever Sugar Ray Leonard. I am glad Roy is looking good in this game. For some reason in one of the fight nights, his chin was the worst in the game.

Coach who would you say is good to start off with if you're a beginner on the game?
Right now of everyone we have seen it’s hard to say. If it weren’t for the fact that Usyk is a southpaw then I would say him, but I think it will be an easier question to answer once more of the fighters are released.

Im liking aspects of the game but if jabs and straights from the inside 1 centimeter apart from each other with full extension and power are going to be thing when the game is completely done i cant rock with it thats completely unrealistic and doesn't make any sense

For real, I stopped playing with him so I can get some work in. They should have added Canelo, Nigel Benn is overmatched
I think they messed up on his record if he was 27 in here this game his record wasn’t 44 - 9 he was like 40 something and 1
His only loss being that DQ at the time right?
I think the record is due to he has more than one render in the game. If I remember correctly when they first started showing Roy they said they were going to have every version from prime Roy to current roy when he fought Tyson

How do I get the demo on ps5 ?
It is currently awaiting it’s release on PC (no confirmed date yet) with console releases coming at a later date.
His jab is too strong and right hand maybe not strong enough. But they really captured the danger of fighting Wilder. Usyk omg angles hard jabs he's almost perfect. I got too many first round kos with Roy lol

It is a different model than some others but it isn’t particularly Roy jones jr. I watched the rocky Marciano videos too. He had a very unique style that isn’t represented at all. This game will look like the ufc games with 3-4 different models for everyone. Will get old fast

Ali and Tyson will be unreal. Idk if they can top FNC with these two but, it's exciting either way.

I hated Roy I destroyed every Roy I came across I didn’t want to use him because he was overpowered
ive had about 50 fights i dont think this game is that great
All the animations look good up until knockdowns, they look horrible.
