I really hope we get a true vunriblity system, more realistic forward punches like that are more effective (even lunging punches) also hope we see punching whilst slipping and weaving and hopefully head movement whilst moving
The game has potential ofc but rn at its current state online, hasnt been that fun to play
AI seems to be getting overhauled and makes me more excited for career mode

I fought a Roy Jones the other day and he threw 1250 punches! What's crazy is he landed 30%, i countered him 100 to 34 and I blocked 400 punches. Yet I lost the fight by decision.😂 made no sense.

I started playing again after the update. I’m having fun but it may be because i wasn’t playing consistently for a while. Spammers are still an issue though but I think that’s due to the inconsistencies with stamina along with the reward for using exploits. I don’t mind the 1k punch count occasionally for the lower weight classes but if someone is doing that and still has stamina, 500-700 of those punches should be jabs. It makes no sense for someone to throw 300 uppercuts by round 6 and still have 90% stamina. A stamina fix could help with the spam until they get the exploitable punches fixed. And they need to turn the punch tracking down in general. I don’t mind having a 30-40% connect rate if each punch does the damage that it’s supposed to do because in real boxing if someone is landing over 50% of their punches, 9/10 the person they’re fighting is getting read like a book. Thats not the case in undisputed right now. You get rewarded for being almost right in your punch selection

Been playing the game. The punches hurt. They acknowledged mechanics of needing forward moving tools for aggressive or brawlers. As for punches. I want vurnability system, I want the ability to fuck up the other guy in the first round if I strike good with combos.
I appreciate players who diversify. Play Undisputed and Street Fighter. I really hate Undisputed players on the forums who look down on Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat saying those are kids' games not knowing the fact how deep and complex they are compared to Undisputed (which at this point is actually pretty bare and basic).
I have competed in multiple games across multiple genres. I try to translate all that across as much as I can.
I feel like so much of Undisputed would come together if counters actually felt valuable and visceral. But the weak counters in this game make every stat differential feel exponentially more brutal than they should be. When you box someone with higher stats it straight up feels like you're boxing a terminator. The "comeback" potential is God-awful which makes it no surprise why everyone rage quits. Weak counters are also very directly conducive to a spam-friendly environment.

If players feared the punches coming back and/or getting countered, they wouldn't throw 1k+ punches per fight. It's not a stamina issue, it's more a power issue.

its rare someone throws 800+ punches lol you shouldnt be able to throw that many. it happens but not that often in real life
1K plus is usually 2 fighters combined for sure 😆
They dont need to make every aslect of the game realistic. Being able to throw hundreds of punches is way more fun😊
@@bigeggmayo123 well some people want the realistic aspect, like how the nba and mlb games at their best feel and look like an acutal game. youre not going to see them run at super speed or jump out the gym like nba jam lol but i understand your view thats why there should be an arcade like mode similar to how nba2k has the street park mode which is much more loose and unrealistic than the nba mode. fight night has realistic aspects but some of it has the arcade feel to make it more fun. but i prefer real boxing thats when i enjoy it the most personally. maybe with friends id do the acade like stuff but when its just me alone i want to be immersed in the realism.
