Nice choices Carlos! My most interesting whiskey is Don Michael Black Whiskey made with Peruvian Black Corn and distilled in Peru. I have 3 bottles of the 90 proof small batch and have bottle killed a Single Barrel, and have a 111.4 proof Single Barrel and a 126.5 proof Single Barrel. Jon Matlick turned me on to it. Was lucky to get a sample of the Barrel King Stagg Chocolate Cherry. Wow. 🥃
