Thank you to @rishabhanand7204 to pointing this out. A small correction in the video. The Chronicled wish doesn't need 3 reruns. All it needs is for the characters to appear in the banner 3 times. My bad for reading it wrong. Which means you will have even more candidates to the Chronicled wish than what I talked about. A lot more character's lol. This error doesn't really affect the video since the idea that I'm trying to say is, we do not know what the banners of 4.7 are and this basically strengthening that fact.
This means Liyue Characters have a high chance for the Chronicled Wish If it comes, as they have the highest characters without reruns.
Liyue characters:- Yelan, Ganyu, Hu Tao, Xiao, are eligible. Baizhu ( eligible but wont be coming in 4.7, since he reran in 4.6).
Inazuma characters:- Yoimiya, Kokomi, Ayaka, Yae Miko, Ayato are eligible. Itto and Kazuha ( eligible but probably wont be coming in 4.7, since they reran in 4.5),
Again sorry for this error. I would have taken the down the video and remade it if I was talking about what the banners are going to be. But since I am talking about how we don't know anything. Ironically it fits the video. But moreover doesn't change the core subject
I think shenhe would still be ineligible since she's only had one rerun. Baizhu would only be eligible after this patch.
You forget to count qiqi and keqing, just like the first chron banner, standard char can included

Just saying: Chronicled wish needs 3 banners, not reruns. Their initial banner is also included. I can say this because eula, who was in the chronicled wish got her banner only thrice( her debut banner included)
You're 100% correct. The Chronicled Wish faq says "Only event-exclusive 5-star characters that have already appeared in the "Character Event Wish" or "Character Event Wish-2" at least 3 times and have also not appeared in any recent Event Wishes will appear in "Chronicled Wish.""
I deleted my old comment lmao since I was wrong. I went back to check again and yes. It doesn't say 3 reruns. It says the characters need to appear 3 times. I read it wrong. Thank you for letting me and I have a pinned comment talking about the fix.

Wrio/Alhaitham is the best guess for 4.7 based on data about the new abyss. Out of the 7 5 stars talked about there, 5 of them are confirmed to run. 1 of them being in the first half of 4.6, 2 of them being the 2nd half of 4.6 and the other 2 being the two new 5 star characters for 4.7. The other two out of those 7 is Wrio and Alhaitham. And the four stars mentioned there also have gone long enough to be reran.

Craziest thing is that since 4.5 we have heard not head nor tail about the chronicled wish, we haven't heard one thing or another, they haven't said ANYTHING

Remember how people were saying there was no new information on the chronicled banner for 4.6 but it was probably coming back with liyue? Considering that I don't think it'll be back in 4.7 either. Tbh i think 4.5 chronicled banner was just a quick way for hoyo to rerun characters with low sales. Since theres no info about it I don't see it coming back anytime soon, especially with characters with high banner sales. Also we have no evidence that it only comes back in filler patches except how it didn't come back in 4.6, which doesn't mean much. So if it doesn't come in 4.7 we're basically clueless on what patches it follows lmao
I was thinking maybe every x.5 would be the Chronicled wish. Im hoping it would be the case so that we could save more primos for it since the fate points don't carry, only the pity.

I really believe you I don't think it's going to be in 4.7 if all the stuff we getting so I think it's going to be in 4.8 with the re run characters simple if that's true. then release it in 5.3 or 5.5 but the downside is we going have to wait little bit more longer.

The big thing is that furina is TREATED AND CONSIDERED an Archon in lore despite everything. The voice lines and events proved that much if you listened to the archons [don't count her atrocious SQ. That disaster can die in a hole...]

Everyone was hoping her SQ would give a glimpse into the incredible story of furina and focalors, but it was just about some random theater troupe. We could’ve had such a good story quest with so much lore about furina and Fontaine, but it was reduced to nothing.
Because she was once pretending to be an archon does not make her it. While she most likely will have a rerun like how they rerun every archon when a new nation comes out, she doesn't get treated as one by the game because she simply isn't and never was an archon. A second story quest is also not likely they'll either give it to Neuvilette or a character from Mondstadt or Liyue.
@@staarfall5317 I thought it was pretty good one, as in since focalors is kinda dead and furina isn't the hydro archon, she is simply exploring her new life now and opened up to her trauma. If anything, her story quest is pretty much what I expected

It has been barely a week since 4.6 came out, so it's not surprising that not much is known about really anything in 4.7
I think we're seriously overthinking this whole "she isnt the archon and now Neuvilette is" like I don't think it's that deep. I think they just are changing things up a bit. I don't think they're living and dying by this "archon after 4 patches of release" hypothetical sword that people keep bringing up.

You're right. Other archons getting their first rerun in max 4 patches doesn't mean it was a rule or pattern. I'm not saying there aren't archon patterns hoyo uses, there are few. Like archons getting second sq and getting a weekly boss in their second sq. But having their first rerun in exact 4 patches was never a pattern. And they're totally using Furina as the archon for marketting stuff. She is not the archon anymore, but some archon patterns still count for her. She still is the archon in hoyos eyes for purpose. And if you think about it, ever since we started fontaine era, genshin has so many 5 star characters and some of them still wait for a rerun. When nahida or raiden shogun were released, there weren't as much characters so their rerun were easier to make it happen. In furinas case, characters like kokomi, shenhe, wriothesley, alhaitham etc. hadn't had a rerun for a long period. Of course they're gonna rerun faster than furina.

Lyney waited 6 patches for his first rerun. Also, in Sumeru 2 characters went to Standard banner so reruns were able to start earlier (Alhaitham 3 patches after debut, Cyno, Nahida, Wanderer, and Baizhu 4 patches after debut, Nilou only one that went 5 patches after debut).
Fontaine...Neuvillette is the most significant character but marketing him with the archons in their art and ads would be a pretty big story spoiler.

Thank you for this. I observe the confusion since this abomination called Chronicled Wish came. Wild guesses, speculations and... content creators usually even getting confused about the known rules and facts. Like it was said in the video - there was never any info that this banner is regional, while most took it for granted. First banner wasn't even fully a Mond one, since we got weapons of... Tighnari and Dehya. So who knows? Will be they mixing weapons or characters as well? Also it's a good point that some characters we can count as belonging to more than one region. Then what, what is decisive? Chiori would count as Inazuma or Fontaine character or both?...
Chronicled Wish is a predatory scam banner. It made gacha more costly and problematic. What is wrong with people that don't see it and telling - ohh, it's normal, since standard number for pity - 90/180??? 🤦🏼🤦🏼♂🤦🏼♀ It has separated pity. Your resources are getting spread, your pity / guarantee can get frozen in the meantime, effectively creating situations where you might have to accumulate 270!! wishes in savings and and pull history. Guarantee waiting on normal banner: 90, for Chronicled Wish: 180 = 270!! And we can go on and on with how bad it is. Cumulating many reruns in short period of time and no info when banner will even reappear... bro...
Community should be in uproar and protest against it! If it doesn't, this community is just doomed.
I must congratulate you, I was looking everywhere for information about the upcoming banners and all the channels were taking the only leak about this as the truth and without questioning anything.

Actually, the Archon rule is that an Archon would get its first rerun 4 patches after its initial release, not 3. Venti's first banner was in 1.0 and his first rerun was in 1.4. Zhongli's first banner was in 1.1 and his first rerun was in 1.5. The Raiden Shogun's first banner was in 2.1 and her first rerun was in 2.5. Nahida's first banner was in 4.2 and her first rerun was in 4.6. Lastly Neuvillette, while not an Archon, also follows the Archon rule as his first banner was in 4.1 and his first rerun was in 4.5.
For me is not regional to add permanent banners characters from other region to the banner. Baizhu had his rerun to add him to the chronicle banner, I honestly support the Inazuma banner idea.

To be honest, I like the pattern of Archon's rerunning back to back because at least I know when I can expect any of them to rerun if I want to pull for them. I can escape the temptation of wishing a new character just because I know to expect archons together around the same time but having Furina rerun like regular characters might change my primo saving patterns a bit.

I think hoyo said characters in chronicles banner need to have re-run at least 2 times. I don’t remember them saying 3times…
Its most likely that clorinde and sigwinne will be in the first phase of 4.7 because usually hoyo would release the new character characters first
Clorinde and her weapon looks sick, maybe would be good for me to have more time to save for Furina if she's deferred to 4.8
They've only done one Chronicled Wish banner so far, so there's no pattern for us to speculate from. Some of the ideas seem reasonable but when you extrapolate them out the theoretical patterns fall apart. I have my hopes for the next CWB, but I really don't know if Hoyo will deviate from the common beliefs. As for HSR, I don't play it (did but it didn''t grab me strong enough to continue past three months), but if you want to cover it here or on another channel you should do what you want. I will continue to tune in for the GI stuff either way.
Note . The hydro archon divinity is dead her human counter part is alive aka furina and nuevollette is a hydro dragon sovern with full dragon hood. I don't think there a hydro archon anymore.
Honestly? Genshin is done for already. At least for players like me.
I used to be fine with some leaks here and there for the upcoming banners or new character kits so I could plan how to spend my Freemos. But nowadays I don't even play anymore. I think last thing I did was grabbing the lantern rite rewards and unlocking a few teleport waypoints of the are released that patch. Oh, and I logged in to grab Arle with my last remaining Freemos.
Sooo... I don't really care about the reruns anymore. And I don't have any "real" use for new characters as there's no content I'd need them for. In fact, there's no content anyways xD
I agree...what was holding me there it was getting Ayato, but after his rerun I see no goal in this game, the content got so boring... I'm just waiting for Wuthering Waves now

@@Jevjevjevj There is and there isn't. If you're a new player, yeah, there is a lot of content to chew through. But if you've caught up and your account has matured, there's very little rewarding content. Daily commissions, resin spending, and events all take very little time. Well, for the latter, clicking through the bloated dialogue takes time, but the game play portion of it doesn't. Also, events often don't even let you use your characters and their kits (rhythm games, old school arcade game recreations, beetle fighting, windtracer, etc.) Abyss doesn't take much time and long reset.
New areas do provide some stuff to do, but then you do it, and that's that. If that was enough to keep busy, well, you'd never have caught up in the first place ;) Note I'm not faulting Hoyoverse for this, though, as players will always consume that type of content faster than devs can make it.

I played this since launch and I have all I need in terms of "beating the game".
When I joined the game I fell in love with the story, the characters and the combat.
The story got bloated and very slow paced rather quickly. New characters seem more and more random and simply thrown together instead of fleshed out. And the combat? Well, there is no real combat. At least nothing that would really require planning or strategizing. It's a great system that goes unused.
Combine all that and not even new areas are fun to me anymore. They may look great or have amazing soundtrack but that's essentially it.
To me Genshin has mostly been degraded from cool looking BotW clone to glorified walking simulator with timegated one-off minigames.
I would be surprised if we don't get Zhongli in 4.7 with how much people want shielders for Arlecchino and how popular she is. If they wait too long, people would get used to their other options and wouldn't want him as bad
Lost my 50/50 on arlechino and had to fully use my 110 just to get her, im not sure ill be able to get the weapon with my current pity, but im gonna try, dont really need chlorinde or the lil nurse so i dont mind using my scraps to tryn grab it.
still hilarious to me that - say you started playing genshin after fontaine's release, you got to play the new beautiful lantern rite and just fell in love with the shenhe skin and buy it while it's still on sale. (mind you the only way to get the skin is through irl money and the skin only ever goes on sale once)
shenhe didnt have her 3rd banner yet. she cant be on any chronicled wish banner. IF she reruns in 4.7 you will have waited about 3-4 months to see/use her outfit. if she reruns in 4.8 you'll have waited 5-6 months.
I heard from a credible source that only one fontaine character will rerun this time around so navia will probably be in 4.8 and wrio with be in 4.7
Even though I am confused if furina well get her rerun in 1st halve of 4.7 won't be mad if furina will rerun in 4.8 because it well help me learn to save in genshin but I will also be sad because I also want to pull for wriothesley because bro just punches everything

If it was liyue Chronical banner , I feel like it would have ganyu/shenhe/xiao and keqing/qiqi- because 5* standards were on the Mondstadt one. I don’t think hutao is as likely because she’s very hyped and has a good weapon

@@asafin100nope that's different..I've watched the livestream and they said they won't put recently rerun character in chronicle..it's not the same as 2.4 and 2.7 banners.. 2.4 was lantern rite..he always comes during that time and 2.7 is his connection with chasm lore and bosacius
so if we get a chronicel banner ever 2 versions then they really gotta need it to stay for at least one full version

If characters do get into a Chronicled banner, do they still get their individual banners eventually? Because I want Yelan and Tartagalia, fearing they may not get their individual banners ever again. But maybe the Chronicled banner that was ran was just a test run, and they may decide whether or not to post a new one based on that test. If so, they should do Liyue based on order of nations.
In the 4.5 livestream they confirmed that characters from banner will still get their individual banner... Even if they appeared in chronicle banner..so rest assure...

i think that furina is going to rerun in 4.7, because she was released in 4.2, while navia was released in 4.3! all fontaine characters (aside from the ones that released at the end like clorinde and sigewinne) have to rerun at least 1 time before 5.0, so i dont think she will be released in natlan! either she will rerun in 4.7 (which im betting on) or 4.8

The reason why furina is not getting a rerun is that before 4.7 leaks , the leakers speculate that furina would get an SQ2 with a banner, making people very hyped for her but after 4.7 beta starts there's no story quest for furina nor leakers are saying her banner is going to be in 4.7 its most likely because of 2 new 5 star characters debuting in same patch and with there stories too as usual but now it is said that furina will get an banner and SQ2 in 4.8 just like kazuha banner and his SQ in 2.8 . It's very complicated to believe

I don't think Furina will get a rerun in 4.7 but she will most likely get a rerun in 4.8. I don't think Genshin would want to end the Fontaine arc without her rerun. And she makes sense as the ending banner of Fontaine because she is probably the best character from the whole region. Neuvillete may have followed the Archon rerun pattern but he hasn't received much Archon treatment nonetheless, like he didn't get his 2nd story quest. So let's just leave it at that Neuvillete is the highest authority in Fontaine as of now, but he is still not an Archon. That's why all other Archons talk about Furina and not Neuvillete. So, in light of all of this and since Furina is no longer an Archon, I definitely don't think that Hoyo will go to Natlan without giving Furina a rerun before the Fontaine arc concludes.

He's not an archon's companion... His fondness for Furina is unexplainable (before everyone figured out she's not an archon)but he is natural enemy to the archons ... Archons are technically invaders(by serving celestia) for the sovereign

@@soujiokita6062 No we can't know that it's just a coincidence but in that same sense, we can't know that it's NOT a coincidence. I just meant that he's not the first non-archon character in a region to re-run after 4 patches, and when I said "companion" character - I meant in terms of his initial role. Sort of... not quite Yae Miko-sense but more Alhaitham-sense: central to the main storyline while the "archon" took a backseat until the finale. Generally speaking, we always sort of see foil characters in positions of leadership that share the element of the Archon/nation. I'm well aware that he's not fond of Archons in general, and certainly has his issues (considering he's one of my overall favorite characters - I've been devouring the lore related to him) with what that title means for those persons selected by Celestia, which is why - at baseline - I disagree with the people who call him the new Archon. It would be an insult to him.
That said though, I know he's taken over the greater part of the leadership position in the nation (as Jean and the knights does in Mondstadt and Ningguang and the Qixing, does in Liyue with their Archons retired but... never giving up their Archonhood technically since the authority of the celestial throne remains with them (aka: they are alive) - but that doesn't make them the Archon?
In terms of whether the company has decided to start treating him like the nation's Archon equivalent, I'd just like to point to the fact that in their anniversary Archon artwork - it's Furina on it - not him. Granted that was pre-4.2 so maybe you can argue they just wanted to avoid spoilers, but they also include her in all their new year artwork as well with the other Archons even post-4.2 (depending on whether you treat the HoyoFair works as company approved or not I guess).
Additionally, as for his fondness/tolerance for Furina even before the reveal despite her status as an Archon, I think we can safely say - despite his voicelines about most of the other Archons - he's a relatively gentle soul. You can tell on his face that he was sad about Focalors' sacrifice (and we KNOW at that point she IS the Archon), and even in his discussion about Nahida, he's gentle with her as well. I don't think him incapable of liking the other Archons simply because their Archons - at the end of the day, he's too even-keeled for that. (Vs. Apep, but even she's never gone out of her way to cause destruction in the nation - even though from sheer size and power - she could have.)
My theory about the dragons in general aside, TL;DR, I don't think it's all that odd that he ran 4 patches after or that they are breaking usual patterns here. I think it's moreso they've been adjusting to overall banner system changes than anything that's leading to a lot of unpredictability compared to before.
Honestly, at this point, I just want to know who the 4☆s are gonna be on the banner(s).

Hoyoverse has said that they can still get their own featured banners. If they do, it would most likely be because they are used heavily in some event, some other character designed to interact with them is being released at the same time, and/or they are getting a costume. However, the reason why the banner exists in the first place is because these characters have poor sales, so Hoyoverse doesn't want to re-run them over other characters that will make the more money, but they also want to part people that do want these less popular characters from their primos, as well as ease complaints about said characters not being re-run often enough.
So maybe, but unlikely barring special circumstances.

If the chronicled wish is for Inazuma. Then he is qualified for it. But will he come or not isn't sure, since there are a lot of character.

bro do u have furina? i was saving for furina since 4.4 i got bored and i wished for arleccino i got her under 45 pulls(50 50 win)and about 72 wishes left......i saw chlorindes ult animation its so cool ...so should i get her or o for furina?
I do have Furina and I use her as a healer for any other team, but also a buffer for Neuvillette. She obviously has more uses than that. Ultimately It's up to you. Clorinde is a DPS and Furina is a healer/ buffer, those 2 characters have different roles. So depending on your account get whoever you think will give you more value. Also when you get to the end-game phase, If you have really good 4 stars you can clear everything. So go for whoever you think is more fun to play and will make you happy in the long run.
