When the Jazz changed their logo to the one that this video "loves," it was considered one of the worst changes of all time back in the 90's (and people would joke that the logo change was the reason the Bull's beat them for the Championship). Going back to their awesome classic logo was a great move. More NBA teams need to go back to their 90's look, and maybe people who actually want to watch NBA games again. Rockets especially should go back to their 80's/90's look. When the Patriots changed their logo, it was considered a great change. It was modern and threw away the legacy of losing under the old boring logo. I hate the Pats as a team but I believe their current logo is still their best. Now if only the Cleveland Browns would come up with a logo change and throw away their legacy of losing...

Well you screwed up the Houston Rockets part. The “old” Rockets logo you showed was adopted after the two championships. And everyone thought it was cartoonish & terrible. The original one used during the championship years was yellow and red and incorporated a basketball.

Well, as a Juve fan for over 40 years, the new logo isn't that bad, but I have issues with it. It should've been used on the team suits, warm ups, etc. Maybe even on the 2nd or 3rd kits. The first kit should have had the last traditional crest on it with the 3 stars. So, I don't think it's a total failure. It just should have been used properly.
As a dolphins I actually kind of disagree. As classic and nostalgic as the old logo is, I never really was a fan of having a cartoon dolphin with a football as a logo. The new one is sleek and well designed in my opinion.

That is correct...The cartoonish logos were popular in the 90's...and bright colors were all the rage, albeit corny. Charlotte Hornetts, Vancouver Grizzlies was cool and Toronto Raptors was corny as hell.
The R liftoff logo, as awa put it, isn't so bad. And it was somewhat fitting during Yao Ming's time with the team since the letters are stylized in an East Asian sort of font. But the 90s logo was pretty good, too. I don't think any of the Rockets logos have been bad. Now, the 90s Astros logo was prettyyyyyy bad. Much worse than the 80s logo before it and the 00s logo after it... trying way too hard to be different, and the color scheme as well... ugh. The current 10s logo is good, at least, but I actually liked the 00s best (brick red and sand were a good combo, if not classic rainbow Astros colors).

If you mean the 97 rebrand regarding the bucs, that should be on a ”best logo changes” video rather than this one. Bucco Bruce was awful and the new logo was really cool. Not to mention the color change from the horrible creamsicles to the red/pewter that was unique and fit their pirate theme really well.

The Minnesota North Stars had a great logo with a large "N" pointing to a star. They changed it to a boring jersey with "STARS" written out, similar to what the team uses in Dallas. They probably knew they were going to move...
Being from Toronto, the Blue Jays look from 2004 to 2011 never really caught on here. In fact, I would see fans more wearing the original classic look from 1977 to 1996 than that particular look back at the time.

In my opinión this is the best logo I have seen in the NFL because it is showing the strenght of a buffalo to attack the opponents. What I don't like is that I've never seen blue buffaloes. I'm a Bills fan too and I hope they never change this logo.as they have changed the color of the uniforms.
I admit that I didn't like the Patriots current logo at first. Yet, when they changed the jerseys and changed the blue from a royal blue to a navy blue, that was an improvement and I accepted the Patriots uniforms, which are still their current uniforms. Yet, I will always love the Patriots old school logo better.

If you mean the 97 rebrand regarding the bucs, that should be on a ”best logo changes” video rather than this one. Bucco Bruce was awful and the new logo was really cool. Not to mention the color change from the horrible creamsicles to the red/pewter that was unique and fit their pirate theme really well.

The Tampa Bay Bucs getting rid of the logo of the guy with a knife in his mouth was the worst change. I mean, a guy coming after you with a knife in his mouth means business. The skull and cross bones just isn't as good.
@Matt H Yes. Their current colors are obviously better. They could have changed the colors from the pastel to the darker mix w/o giving up the knife. But this guy had A KNIFE and was coming after you. The skull and crossed blades is just a cartoonish caricature. It's cliche-ish and overdone in the popular culture. TB could have made the guy less breezy and more menacing. Bald head, grizzled w/ eye patch, etc.

The Canucks logo/colour history is pathetic. It has actually made me hate that team, its fans and its history as losers. I usually root for the underdog, but not Vancouver. Plus, they have twin brothers with large foreheads - just a repulsive, listless franchise with nothing going for it.
The Utah Jazz logo change to the musical note was actually a throwback to their original look. That was a good move. I agree with the Patriots logo change being a mistake, tho.
The Jazz were originally the New Orleans Jazz. They brought their musical note logo with them from NOLA.
The Minnesota North Stars had a great logo with a large "N" pointing to a star. They changed it to a boring jersey with "STARS" written out, similar to what the team uses in Dallas. They probably knew they were going to move...

Being from Toronto, the Blue Jays look from 2004 to 2011 never really caught on here. In fact, I would see fans more wearing the original classic look from 1977 to 1996 than that particular look back at the time.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers logo. The old logo and uniforms were awesome. When you saw the uniform it was quick and easy to identify the team. There were really only 2 teams with the color scheme and the Buccaneers with their original logo.

Pats fan as well, but I LIKE both Pat Patriot and the Flying Evis logos. Pat Patriot represents the beginning and history of the Pats going to hike the ball and play you tough, while Flying Elvis signaled update to the history lore with winning 6 Super Bowl titles out of 9, plus cool profile of a determined patriot ready for battle. I can't say the change of logo was worse, I like BOTH and been a Patriot fan since the Andre Tippett days. Why can't we have BOTH, especially with an alternative red jersey or silver-grey jersey? I admit though I will miss the Brady Era Super Bowl uniforms, they were my favorites and were closely associated with winning. I admit that I didn't like the Patriots current logo at first. Yet, when they changed the jerseys and changed the blue from a royal blue to a navy blue, that was an improvement and I accepted the Patriots uniforms, which are still their current uniforms.
