vista introduced an extreme amount of features, vista sp2 fixed just about all issues, and 7 was a slightly worse reskin and a slightly more stable vista sp2, vista sp2/7 run about the same speed on xp hardware

I would say that Windows XP is better in gaming.From 2006 to 2015 I used Windows XP and it worked normally. Now Windows 10 is installed.

Gave out old vista laptop to a friend who likes to reuse computer parts because the keyboard was totally broken and you couldn’t connect it to WiFi and I had no use for it (vista is good tho)

i loved windows xp im not that old to actually remember it in the way i was born in 2008 though i do have memories with it my dad barely uses his pc he mostly uses it for work and he bought it in 2006 we dint change anything except the pc case and put another processor he used windows xp until 2019 it ran perfectly fine had no problems currently i am using windows 7 it runs slower due to the hardware being old for me windows xp was the best i wish apps never ended support for it i loved the OS i loved the sound i also loved annoying my family by taping the space bar it made that sound it was the best OS i hope it still had support u can trick apps into thinking they can run windows xp though that takes too much time and windows 7 just ended support windows 8 is too underused and windows 10 has too much bloatware its a problem for microsoft since this will probably make people switch to the mac though anyway i gotta get going because online games cant be paused

Windows 10 has a boot speed of 0.1 seconds and a library startup speed of 2 seconds. Logoff is in the mid-to-late 10 seconds. Shutdown is 1.9 seconds.

My Windows 7 was super fast then i moved it to 10 it was SUPER SLOW so i regretted the fact that it's more bad to my opinion, more slow and i couldn't play Minecraft because of the graphic pilot i couldn't change (Express Chipset)

It took more than 1 minute to startup, and at the worst cas it took more than 20 minutes.
I have a tip turn off fast startup
You should upgrade your disk to an SSD, it maybe helps
