The Irelia in particular is probably realistically a low-mid-tier player who does a lot of meme picks and strategies. Other players seem to be pretty bad at last hitting (before getting good waveclear or high damage autos) for one.
@@jacobnorris8256 sure yeah, they definitely aren’t super great in all respects. My point is that I’m seeing mechanical skill enough to have to slow plays down to figure out what happened… from the worst of the worst of the worst players on the ladder. I don’t think I saw a single person flash just before death and then die anyway. Something that happens multiple times every game in bronze where I am.
I just want to point out how clean Irellia's and Rek'Sai's cleanses were throughout that game. Definitely does make my smurf senses tingle; despite the extra difficulty of smurfing in Korea. Also, I'd love to see some iron Nidialee.
I think the reason that "Korean Iron IV" content doesn't really exist is that these people are actually embarassed that they're this low elo and like you said, these are their only accounts they will ever have so prolly don't want to show others you're iron IV. But also, like seriously, it doesn't feel like an Iron IV fiesta. This probably could have been a pro game at some points. Like some silly stuff happening with items and picks but still really crazy mechanics. I do not envy anyone playing on Korea server.
@@Relevart9169 trolling is trolling, actually being good at the game and doing it can happen, being atrociously and helplessly bad is something else. even if 3 people were trolling blue side, red side played REALLY well, like in spite of the fact that blue side decided to troll at some point, red side played it pretty well, aside from.
Ok so, for a future Iron Spectates I would like to see someone who's a fellow Shyvana Top Main or Shyvana Support (The number if times I've seen it I can count on 1 Hand and they all failed. Then tried it myself and I won somehow.) as well as something I like to call the "Ornn Support System". Pretty much Ornn Support, but there's more to it, but since it's just Iron Spectates, that's all you need. I would also like to see Brand ADC, Jungle, and/or Top.
I played both Korean and EUW solo queue, hit bronze and bottom of silver for both servers, and I gotta say the skill level balances out since Korean low elo tilts so much but more mechanical skill compared to more collected but mechanically bad europe server
I want to see that reksai's dmg score tbh, i feel like theyve done 2 good things the entire game which was flash kbockuo minute 1 and the ult kill after irelia went in
I definitely feel that the game pace is a lot faster and people are way more mechanical. There seems to be a deeper understanding of how to play their champions and how to play into other champions. Like that elongated Irelia E stun on the Cait at the end, that's not easy to pull off unless you're quite experienced with Irelia, especially given how she managed to hit Caitlyn just at the edge of it. And like you say, better coordination. If you hadn't said what server this was, I would have said the gameplay seems reminiscent of platinum/emerald on EUW.
Honestly very interesting seeing the difference. Like just the CSing alone is crazy different. By the end of that game pretty much everyone except the volibear had really good CS. Everyone is playing more like they are trying to win the game not get a bunch of kills. Also nice to see just classic toxicity. We ain't so different in that way. LOL
To be fair, unlike NA iron, these people all have like 4 ping instead of anywhere between 70 and 130. I also think that irerlia was intentionally losing so they could stay in iron 4.
iron elo exists in Korea... I don't hate the Irelia.... getting to go bot lane against two mostly immobile champs could be a field day, but Rek supp kind of let her down. The Malz top was intriguing, but the ability of Voli and Rammus doing tower dives just got to be a bit much.
Having a good mental is the bottom line in low elo, I swear players are standing in base spamming cooldowns because their jungler bought wrong skins. Honestly I don't blame the ones that want to solo Baron with a BoRK Soraka because no one else is worth supporting lmao!
I think a BIG difference is that you HAVE to play your account.... in EU/NA if you're iron/bronze/silver/gold you probably just get a new account and keep blaming ranked while in KR you're forced to play eventually getting better... i think when you look at the top there's not really a difference... NA challenger EU challenger KR CN OCE challenger... all the same.... but at the bottom/mid i think the difference is A LOT bigger because they're forced to play their rank instead of trying over and over and over again
From those who have done bronze to masters challenges in Korea, such as Neace, they have stated that below plat it is basically the same, and it is at mid diamond where the difference between the regions starts to show. Also, I dont know why you would think challanger would be the same. From a results standpoint, challenger is where the pros are and when last I checked, korea had a few more worlds wins than OCE. Also, from a simple numerical standpoint Korea has 4.2 million ranked players with and NA has 1.9 million. Given both regions have 300 challanger spots, that means that challanger in Korea is statistically twice as competitive. OCE has 160000 ranked accounts with 50 challanger spots meaning that challanger in korea is about 4.5 times more competitive statistically than OCE. In short, you have it completely flipped with challanger in Korea being more competitive at higher ranks due to larger server size vs number of spots, career opportunities, poaching the best talent from other servers, and esports being more cultural. They are the same at lower ranks because average people are going to be the same everywhere.
Ross was so busy looking at their items that he didn't notice rammus walk straight past Irelia at 17:51
lmao you love to see it
Locking in Rek'Sai support, achieving basically nothing the entire game, spamming your emotes and then losing the game with 0 deaths.
Iconic tbh
Korean super human players so much better then rest of the world.
better than 0/12 at 8 mins
i’d love to see some iron bard gameplay. roaming to abandon adc and funny ult plays sounds like a perfect combo
Watch any game I play bard lol
This is IRON???
The flash mechanics alone are fantastic.
Love the video would love to see more

Coolifegame has done some korean iron spectate videos, they're in spanish tho

The other day in bronze elo I had a game there was no kills at 11 minutes. I was super confused and thought I got put in the wrong elo
Reminds me of Husky's Bronze League Heroes.
Missed this sorta thing Ross, thanks for putting it together. Hope it does well for ya!.
Husky betrayed us :(
Hearing you cast makes this feel like an esports match
21:05 the reksai looks to have intentionally baited the azir into going in. You can see her dash and then once azir starts to dash backs off

This is a great idea and I'd love to see more if you can find more; the identity card requirement makes it quite interesting
