I remember seeing a Spyderco in the late 1970’s thinking “who’d want that ugly piece of crap?” I bought my first Spyderco about 10 years ago, gave away all my other pocket knives and now have about 16 various Spydercos. Man have I missed out for decades. IMO there’s not a better knife on the planet for the money considering their quality, precision, utility & premium steels offered.
I rotate between a Spyderco Stretch 2 in VG10, and a Rock Jumper in VG10. I love those knives bc the ergos are so great. I have a stretch 2 in K390, but I carry the VG10 model bc it's so easy to sharpen in the field. I can sharpen it on a flat rock if need be, but I couldn't do that with my K390 model, I'd have to bring a diamond sharpener. But those are my 2 fav models. Amazingly I paid only 60$ for the Stretch 2, and only 55$ for the Rock Jumper. I found them on sale on Amazon, and if you wait and are patient, you can find really great deals on the Seki city Japan Spyderco models.
If we expand the selection to include dealer exclusives I would nominate the Wharncliffe Paramilitary 2 from Cutlery Shoppe. Similar to the Yojimbo I suppose but flat ground and available still as of this post in s30v or CTS-XHP.
M4 is nothing like rex45. I have the super freek and the spyderco gb2 in m4. And I have 4 spyderco knives in rex45. The m4 knives are doll faster than rex 45. And rex 45 takes a crisper edge than m4. In my opinion rex 45 is a mutch better steel than m4.
Be aware that with Spyderco, if you need a 50 cent bushing for your knife pivot, you will have to send your knife back (paying shipping both ways) and pay to have it replaced. They will not simply ship you the part you need. I have a Domino with the paper thin cheap bushing that fails and it will cost me $30 to fix a $1 worth in parts. Their customer service is crap!

I would add the Sage 5 LW over the Dragonfly, hidden gem often overlooked

Endura and Delica.
Bir tane hediye edinde alalım zaten çok pahalı.
Бэклок самый недолговечный замок. Особенно у эндэли. Люфт неизбежен.
