I won't even play below zero the story is so stupid and when you finally find the pda about what happened to Sam that's just it you pick up a pda and nothing is said like you didn't just hear a recording of your sister dying. Then you have to build Alan which is the best part of the game and the only real goal
If I remember correctly from anthomnias videos, the storyline was supposed to go a bit like: Jeff gets back to the Vesper, the name of the space station, but everyone thinks he behaves weird. You are left alone for a while and the calls from Sam get weirder and weirder as alterra knows that you have the architect in your head but does not want you to know. The twist comes when Jeff shows his real face. He is also after Alan and infects the vesper with karaa. He gives the crew a deadline to leave 4546b and retreat to another planet in order to get cured and survived. The vesper declines and sends marines into orbit. They then task you with finding enzyme 42 as a cure and then send it with the cargo rocket. But as you send the rocket, a precursor shield gets activated and in that destroys the rocket with the antidote. This adds the prospect of you and Marguerit not being the only ones on the now isolated planet, as the shield was activated by jeff or one of his accomplices. The story sort of ends there, everything further is either censored or very unfinished. I would have loved to get this ending, rather than the vesper just being deactivated and never do something. This story with a catastrophe on a galactic level plus your company actively searching you to collect an ancient race stuck in your head, with your sister being torn between helping you and hunting you down is a story I'd much rather have had than this very plain story. Personally, I loved this story back in early access and the new story never caught me. I only played below zeros story, built a single base and abandoned the game; in the original game is spent hours playing through the story, building multiple bases, cyclops etc. Would love to get this version of the game one day
Not sure if I'm misremembering or not, but wasn't there also a part of the story related to the frozen leviathan? Like, you'd come down to it from a different entry point and there you'd find out that Alterra was researching the Kharaa bacterium from it and you'd tell Sam about it? I seem to remember that being part of the story too around the same time they were developing the ice worms.
@Rockerguy96 That explains why there's another entrance near the top, which, in the current version of the game, is noclip so you fall through and lose your prawn suit.
It's sad that the story changed so much that the absolute amazing opening of the original story got cut. I think the original story was far more interesting too in my eyes.
I personally like the feel of what they were going for so much more in the first version. The implication of your sister working in the main station, either risking her job to help you or possibility betraying you to Alterra, was such a more interesting conflict than following the path of your dead sister. Marguerit being a bigger contender, too, with wants and drives of her own, was so much more interesting, too, and could have created more conflict. It could have been a much bigger game with much more drama than "Oh, found this antidote sample, just going to plug it in. World saved!" Even if with the story we got, there could have been even more conflict and drama about avenging a dead sister (like taking down Alterra's presence on the planet, as one example) could have been so much better. The end game felt preachy and more tell than show. Alan turned into just a reactionary character to the player's unending perky and hopeful attitude (when she could have been more angry and sad, and creating more interesting, conflicting, and complicated conversations between her and Alan). Long story short. It could have been better. Still a good game, though. But could have been better.
The first game had a pretty much perfect story for its gameplay. Riley's goal never stopped being survive and escape. What must be done to achieve that goal shifts as the game goes on; shifting from trying to link up with other survivors to waiting for a rescue ship to saving the entire ecosystem The (final) version of Below Zero is quite frankly a mess. It starts off with this investigative thing, where we're supposed to track down what happened to our sister. But then we get Al-An'd and then the game takes on this weird nine different directions thing where you're heading to something you saw on the map that looks interesting, then your PDA tells you there's a shipwreck nearby, and while you're looking for that Al-An says he senses something nearby for you to look at, then you go up on land and get smacked off your speeder bike by the Worm of Inevitability, and oh by the way here's how your sister died, don't emote at all...
I remember seeing one of the unfinished endings it was one where you're leaving the planet then an alterra ship tries to stop you then Marguerite in her prawn suit leaps onto the ship and the ship fly's away
The voice acting for Al-An was a perfect choice so I'm glad they didn't change the voice actor, but his character was much more interesting in this version and the dynamic between him and Robin was not insufferable like in the final storyline. It's unfortunate that they didn't stick with this version and keep the game in EA a little longer. It could have been great. It seems like the original writer bit off more than he could chew and they didn't know what to do with it after he left. They probably also had a deadline for full release.
im fortunate enough to have played this before the new story got written. i feel like this story wouldve been closer to what we were expecting instead of what we got.
I still remember the story variation where they had another survivor on the planet and he went rogue and put an entire architect shield around the planet.
For some time, when you reached Facility 0 Alan said "Warning: Acces denied. Further efforts will be denied forcefully. Concede, Robin Goodall". That was so cool.
There must be another more workable early stage because when I played at one point you could swim on the way out. It was cool sending things up to your sister as well. You had to send DNA up and you had to hide the fact that you had AL-AN in you.
I read that in one of the versions Alan actually destroys the space station Sam is on. There was a conflict where you were having to send up health checks to make sure you were alright, but Alan being in your head was making your vitals go off so he was having to suppress his consciousness so you could send normal looking vitals, meanwhile Sam was starting to get suspicious because you were acting funny.
@@TheLastBacon Yeah it’s too bad they didn’t go with that. From what I read they were going back and forth on whether Alan would be a good person just doing what he had to to survive, a manipulative bastard who is willing to sacrifice anything and anyone to get a new body or something in between.
Fun fact: This entire spawn area was recycled for the finished build, it's the destroyed research facility you can explore. (Not the one inside the cave.) Literally the ENTIRE area was recycled, right down to the pool of water you eventually jump into iirc.
So this is kind of the second iteration of the original storyline! Robin's very first voice was younger-sounding and she was just... really enthusiastic about stuff. Like her reaction to an alien in her head was basically, ooh, this could be interesting for xenolinguistics! The whole base was accessible (including those PDAs, I guess they locked down areas in later builds to build the urgency?), and there wasn't an evacuation, just a mention of a storm approaching. Jeff (originally named Jo Jeffreys, later renamed Serik Jevov) had actually disappeared, Robin was going to the base to find him (and encountered Al-An, or at least his voice), and then the storm blocked her access back to the base, forcing her to head to the ocean. I really enjoy BZ as it is, with the more isolated feeling and learning about Sam's actions in the past, but I did adore the original version too. The conflict of Robin questioning Alterra and her growing relationship with Al-An, contrasted with Sam up on the Vesper and her loyalty to them, the whole plot of who the saboteur was, the question of whether Sam would ultimately choose her trans-gov or her sister... yeah, just neat. I did have Theories on what direction the game was going to go in! Serik was the saboteur up on the Vesper, having learned about them wanting to use Kharaa for a bioweapon (similar to Sam in the final version). Robin, meanwhile, was learning about what Alterra was getting up to, as well as slowly realising that if they discovered Al-An, they'd both be screwed (the earliest game versions had Robin required to send up biosamples, which looked a bit weird because of Al-An's presence, and making Sam and Alterra suspicious of what she was up to). Ultimately, she would team up with Serik to try to expose them, and Sam would have a very hard choice on whether to side with Alterra, or with Robin. Basically a narrative about having to abandon what you thought would give you stability in the face of doing what was actually right, ie. stopping Alterra. I also really wanted Ryley to make an appearance :( (Maybe he could have been up on the Vesper as a prisoner/experiment as the only known human survivor of Kharaa? Maybe Robin, Serik, and Sam could have come to his aid? Something like that!)
Yep true - it's really interesting how many changes this story went through as opposed to the first game which (albeit less story-heavy) felt much more "stable" :)
I miss the part in the opening mission where the avalanche knocks over some alterra equipment which falls onto ice cracking it and causing the player to fall into the water below.
I'm pretty sure you can actually fire the rocket you build in this version, but when you do, it hits a forcefield and explodes. Really cool story beat, as it implies someone is actively working against you from the outside
yay and outside there was the rocket for the original game, there was no picture bubble for the voice logs, there was a altera code lock at the entrance of the Precursor base, Marg's base wasn't there along with her intro, and a lot more but I can't rumeber
I would love to have had a finished version of this story line. I do however like both, and wouldn’t want to give up our current storyline. It’s odd that they basically started over though.
1:55 in this room, I believe it's actually hinted that Riley Robinson actually came back to 4546B as a scientist as the picture to the right of the door (when looking at the door from the bed) features his model on the second to the right of the overall picture.
The story was never finished. After the virus gets loose on the satellite station a new forcefield appears. We are suppose to send up the cure, but the shield won't let it through. Man, I was sooooo invested in that story. The game looks loads better the way it was, and the ending was sort og appropriet as an end to the game the first version as well. It's the Sam/Alterra-story that was changed, and I think that was the part most people who were disappointed in the game felt was lacking in some way.
I thought original storyline was better, better voice actors, it was cool seeing the big new room you could build and all the things you could do with it. Just overall would have been a better game if they had stuck with it. It made way more sense too getting stuck on the planet as opposed to flying straight AT the planet with barely any supplies. I also loved the white out effect happening often in the original builds
Apparently, when I of course, was in the early access of the game, I remember the developers testing out the weather and if you’re in creative mode, which I usually was at the time because I was a bit of a pussy. They used to be a weather, balloon weather station, and even a teleporter that’s exact same teleporter or phase gate that was used in natural selection 2 of course they removed all them because it caused some problems. Maybe I should try the game in early access. They’re all sorts of stuff that was cut. I really liked that the base headquarters had Weather information. It was really interesting. I just wish they kept that.
When I played the story final build, it was cool and you can even build Al-an (but I think that was as far as the story can go; although I doubted it was possible or there be dialogue as it didn't really directed me to). When I played, the story ended with the rocket carrying enzyme 42 being destroyed when Jeff actives the planet's force field (darker though I thought as you basically become like an enemy of Alterra by hiding knowing Al-an when Jeff say it when saying the terms to cure the people in vesper). I should play it more recently (think I did it around when you did this video. I just hated when a ball of light would appear out of nowhere.
@@TheLastBacon I should say that they improved the crystal caves, I initially thought they weren’t added as it didn’t start where the deep purple vent ended. Again though, I should play it more recently than around this video.
This is the CRISY surprize i need. Its 4.30 am monday morning, i have to be at work at 5 am to 8 am, then head directly to school, but this sure is a CRISPY video
i remember when below zero got into early access i got a cracked version and was really enjoying the story and then when i actually bought it i was so sad that the story changed and i still think it was better
I really wish they had gone with this storyline instead. I think they ditched it because it was too linear, but it is so much more impactful than what we got. Not that Below Zero isn't a really good game, though knowing that it could have been so much better and got so far in development before the changes were made, kind of stings.
1:49, It was all actually accessibly in the earlier versions of the game where we had the original voice actor for robin and the intro was much less intense, I suppose they would have either been emptied or removed in the final cut of the game had the story not been rewritten
I much preferred the early story than the one that we got in the end. If I recall correctly, they re-wrote the whole thing when someone left the team during development. That was a pity, however I suppose it was unavoidable.
I finished subnautica below 0 This January and now I'm playing subnautica now I love horror games and under water games and you love your vids and keep creating TH-cam and I'll be watching your TH-cam in my life :D
I remember the OG story, i played it at original launch! I saw the sea emperor younglings swimming around, too! Yes keep digging into the OG story!! Would to see you find it!
Not gonna lie, after playing both when that story was first introduced and when they changed it to what it is now, the story and game overall felt like a much better storyline before the changes. I was significantly more curious and engaged with what was all happening. A shame they felt the need to scrap nearly all the major beats start to finish. Fingers crossed they learned some things from the lesser story in Below Zero and it can result in a better game for the next Subnautica!
I'm so nostalgic for this version! I remember playing this when it came out, and like, this is just wild lol weirdly, I actually like Robins voice more in the OG version. Actually, multiple things in this I like more than the current one (very much interested in this continuing :D)
This is super cool vids are getting better mate, please continue with this old story stuff super cool! Also btw game volume needs turning up a tad mate thanks!
that was shortly after I started subnautica. when I started BZ the story rework was allready planed so I didn't play to much but I know what you mean about the ending. in one version there was a console that played text that said the vesper (the space station, now the satelite) exploded, and there are clips for part of the planed ending in the internet where marge beats the crap out a gunship.
The original speaker for Our main character was soo bad. In the scene with Margaret Maida it is especially noticeable since her speaker is excellent. At least they got that right in the end.
Oh i remember that! Played it when it launched on Steam. I could even spawn in Reaper Leviathans! Still got the picture on steam. Then I took a break, life happened, other games, when I heard its final, I played it again and was so confused as to why its so different. There were no longer the Sea Emperors and the beginning was different too!
I would love to see how you make a whole series about early access below zero. I personaly would be interested in this diferent story and pretty much whole map with diferent locations and places. How everythink used to be mean diferent, how sam was her colleague, the ice dragon, the rocket and so on... Hope you get it :D
I love underwater exploration games like this. Especially ones that let you pilot various types of submarines. I remember an old submarine combat game on playstation 1 called Tigershark where you could explore various levels in oceans around different locations such as sunken cities and underwater military facilities. There where a bunch of animals that roamed around the levels such as whales and dolphins as well as enemy combat submarines and enemy battleships. You could surface and fire anti-air missiles to shoot down enemy helicopters and when you were underwater you had torpedoes and a rapid fire laser cannon. If you Subnuatica and / or World of Warships I highly recommend it. I will warn you however that Tigershark is an extremely difficult game to complete. It rewards you at the end with a special classic Atari game Easter Egg at the end. I'd spoil it for you but the specifics of the Easter Egg should remain a surprise.
I actually like how the final game starts, I personally love the cinematic and the music when you’re crash landing on the planet like the first game, but other than that this story is way better
I was playing the old story when the actual update that changed the story came out and i was so confused on why my save game was deleted for some reason LMAO
I just got Subnautica and below zero for my series x. I used to have it on pc but epic games says I don’t have ownership anymore, but it’s alright cause I love the game. Have a nice day bacon, and this was an awesome video seeing what the game used to be! Happy Halloween 🎃
I remember being so damn confused when the full game released and I redownloaded the game and started swimming around searching for the sea emperor for like an hour
I got the game right when they released it during their stream, and they have updated it since then. The story has been changed so many times, and i remember playing this version too
I remember when Robin woke up on Planet 4546B, and wondered why her tale wasn't continued. There;s a Part Two? Keep going, an alternative timeline could be as interesting as the "Robin has to sneak in under the radar" version that became canon.
I followed the development of this version through youtubers playing it. And we where all desapointed when they cut such a well performing storyline. Especially between Robin and her sister
It is so sad that BZ completely lacks the excitement, lacks the biomes full of unique creatures fascinating to watch and everywhere stuff to discover. I have played the first part many times but the second part just once. And then the horrible land levels with permanent snow storms…. Such a missed opportunity.
Been a while since I've played Subnautica or come by to see your work. Glad you popped back up in my feed. This looks interesting. I need to get Below Zero installed and play it. I never did.
I was up to 2:55 in Alien Isolation the first EP1 of yours when this vid just came out, so ima check this out first than get back to the Alien Isolation vids.
I loved the original below zero story, as it was more unique and interesting- but I'm still glad that we got the story we got- because I think it's more climactic.
I was wondering why this felt familiar, but I remember seeing that avalanch destroying the base so vividly. I also didn't know the story got changed at all, but i guess that's just my stupidity o_o
Theres so much content in the old version that you could honestly play it like you would a dlc set in an alternate timeline. There isn’t an ending but its still very far along in terms of development. (Animations, graphics, story, etc.)
I really like the old story more. Its feea more like the first subnautica in tone because you didnt come here wingly! But you still have people around you so its a new experience.
Very notable how Marguerite wants to get off the planet. Because she does not seem to make any effort to get off in either version, so I just assumed she accepted her fate and made the best of it
I feel like this is really good And it is something I would like to see would Maybe Comboing this with The story line that we got I feel like that would be really 😎
I have to say, I can't help but feel that the original storyline was both better and a bit more unique than what we got.
Yeah I definitely felt the opening was stronger at least :)

It's a real shame we never got to see where this story would culminate :)
Yeah I also liked the opening more :)
Yeah I wish they had implemented a lot of those initial ideas :)
This brings back memories, I still wish they continued the original story tbh.
I'd love to see it completed too :)
Way more immersive start and get in to the groove of the game , wish we had this😂
Yeah :(
When I played the story final build, it was cool and you can even build Al-an (but I think that was as far as the story can go; although I doubted it was possible or there be dialogue as it didn't really directed me to).
Oh now I really want to see that ending :)
@@TheLastBacon I should say that they improved the crystal caves, I initially thought they weren’t added as it didn’t start where the deep purple vent ended. Again though, I should play it more recently than around this video.
They had also different Music back then.
This Version was so distinct from now, I wish I would have played it more.
Yep true! :)
This is the CRISY surprize i need. Its 4.30 am monday morning, i have to be at work at 5 am to 8 am, then head directly to school, but this sure is a CRISPY video
Haha early morning for sure :D
i remember when below zero got into early access i got a cracked version and was really enjoying the story and then when i actually bought it i was so sad that the story changed and i still think it was better
The beginning certainly hit different :)
I really wish they had gone with this storyline instead. I think they ditched it because it was too linear, but it is so much more impactful than what we got. Not that Below Zero isn't a really good game, though knowing that it could have been so much better and got so far in development before the changes were made, kind of stings.
Yeah I really wonder what this could’ve been :)
Cant imagine subnautica not crashing
It would be like advancing 1 century
Truly surreal
Haha yeah would be insane :)
1:49, It was all actually accessibly in the earlier versions of the game where we had the original voice actor for robin and the intro was much less intense, I suppose they would have either been emptied or removed in the final cut of the game had the story not been rewritten
Maybe yeah! :)
I much preferred the early story than the one that we got in the end. If I recall correctly, they re-wrote the whole thing when someone left the team during development. That was a pity, however I suppose it was unavoidable.
Yeah I believe the writing team changed a lot :)
I finished subnautica below 0 This January and now I'm playing subnautica now I love horror games and under water games and you love your vids and keep creating TH-cam and I'll be watching your TH-cam in my life :D
Thank you very much for the kind words :)
Hey Friend! I think the early acess starts better than the official launch starts btw, keep making content!
Hey friend! :) I totally agree!
I remember the OG story, i played it at original launch! I saw the sea emperor younglings swimming around, too! Yes keep digging into the OG story!! Would to see you find it!
Good times :)
It definitely felt more gripping at the start in this version for me :)
"hello and welcome back to the snow game" LMAO
Cold :)
You know, I’m starting to think this guy likes subnautica
Haha maybe a bit ;)
I can't recall the exact opening we got but the character getting evacuated only to turn back would be neat but getting left behind is intense too
Yeah I like both options :)
I'm so nostalgic for this version! I remember playing this when it came out, and like, this is just wild lol
weirdly, I actually like Robins voice more in the OG version. Actually, multiple things in this I like more than the current one
(very much interested in this continuing :D)
Definitely takes me back as well :)
This is super cool vids are getting better mate, please continue with this old story stuff super cool!
Also btw game volume needs turning up a tad mate thanks!
Ah thank you for the feedback! :)
@@TheLastBacon you got it champ, also discord server soon?
that was shortly after I started subnautica. when I started BZ the story rework was allready planed so I didn't play to much but I know what you mean about the ending. in one version there was a console that played text that said the vesper (the space station, now the satelite) exploded, and there are clips for part of the planed ending in the internet where marge beats the crap out a gunship.
Good times :) I remember when we were all speculating where the story would go!
The original speaker for Our main character was soo bad. In the scene with Margaret Maida it is especially noticeable since her speaker is excellent.
At least they got that right in the end.
It’s something! :)
That half-implemented new pda voice was so clean I wish we still had it
It was nice :)
Ah good times :)
That was amazing! I would love watching you find the original ending of the game.
Will do my best :)
Yeh was mint
I find it really strange how they just didn’t use the vesper in the full release. I thought it was really cool and it had a lot of potential.
Yeah strange it got removed :)
I would love to see how you make a whole series about early access below zero. I personaly would be interested in this diferent story and pretty much whole map with diferent locations and places. How everythink used to be mean diferent, how sam was her colleague, the ice dragon, the rocket and so on... Hope you get it :D
Sounds like fun! :)
I'll look into it :) Love the name "Tigershark"!
I actually like how the final game starts, I personally love the cinematic and the music when you’re crash landing on the planet like the first game, but other than that this story is way better
I also like the cinematic - just miss the mystery of this one :)
@@TheLastBacon true, I remembered being hyped back in January 2020, I had high hopes for this game
I would absolutley love to see the video on the old story! I don't think you've made it yet but it would be really interesting.
Haven’t done it yet :)
@@TheLastBacon Yeah, would love to see it
I did miss the old story with the hole plot twist and stab in the back and the shield around the planet
Yeah good times :)
If you actually find the ending that was supposed to be, I'd definitely be interested!
Not yet sadly :(
This is such an amazing vid I loved it
Yay thank you very much :)
I was playing the old story when the actual update that changed the story came out and i was so confused on why my save game was deleted for some reason LMAO
Yeah it has certainly changed a LOT :D
You do the best subnautica vids
Yay thank you :)
me who still hasn't played the finished version: oh yea just normal, run off the mill subnautica below zero gameplay then, everything's in order
Haha yeah probably isn't that strange for you :)
I just got Subnautica and below zero for my series x. I used to have it on pc but epic games says I don’t have ownership anymore, but it’s alright cause I love the game. Have a nice day bacon, and this was an awesome video seeing what the game used to be! Happy Halloween 🎃
Yay have a nice day too! :)
i remember playing this
Good times :)
I still like the alternate ending with the Alterra gunship and marguerit sacrificing herself so Robin isnt stuck on this planet like she once was
I like it too! :)
A alternative story sounds like a good idea for a mod or dlc.
Absolutely! :)
Huh, I played that intro, but completely forgot about it until now. That was cool.
Good times :)
I remember being so damn confused when the full game released and I redownloaded the game and started swimming around searching for the sea emperor for like an hour
Yeah it sure changed a lot :)
At 0:23 the iceberg looks like a goblin shark never realised that until now.
True good catch! :)
I got the game right when they released it during their stream, and they have updated it since then. The story has been changed so many times, and i remember playing this version too
Yeah pretty crazy how many iterations the game went through :)
I remember playing through that part and dang was it cool seeing the avalanche the first time
Yeah it was an amazing moment :)
Woh!
:)
I knew it was going to crash eventually...
Was bound to happen :D
Hello bacon I love ur content keep it up 😁
Thank you kindly :)
I remember when Robin woke up on Planet 4546B, and wondered why her tale wasn't continued. There;s a Part Two? Keep going, an alternative timeline could be as interesting as the "Robin has to sneak in under the radar" version that became canon.
Yeah I’ll definitely keep exploring :)
I followed the development of this version through youtubers playing it. And we where all desapointed when they cut such a well performing storyline. Especially between Robin and her sister
Yeah I really wish we could've seen some elements of this in the finished version :)
What I’d love to do if there was an ask the devs event and I was heard is ask what the full original story would’ve been
Maybe I should try to get an interview going :)
@@TheLastBacon =D
It is so sad that BZ completely lacks the excitement, lacks the biomes full of unique creatures fascinating to watch and everywhere stuff to discover. I have played the first part many times but the second part just once. And then the horrible land levels with permanent snow storms…. Such a missed opportunity.
Yeah it is a bit too similar to the first game to where it gets repetitive :)
Continuing like this you'll hit 200k subs in no-time!
Thank you very kindly :)
Bro the story really went through what Solo a Star Wars story went through
Lol you’re not wrong :)
Been a while since I've played Subnautica or come by to see your work. Glad you popped back up in my feed. This looks interesting. I need to get Below Zero installed and play it. I never did.
Glad to see you back :)
Omg the old story line was so cool
It was really interesting :)
Definitely, keep going!
Will do! :)
I remenber buying this early acess of below zero and the start was perfect , I don't know why they changed it
Yeah I'm not sure why either :)
And I remember watching youtubers playing that old story, btw thanks to this game i met subnautica
Good times! :)
I remember pre ordering this and seeing the extreme early story
Good times :)
There was a scene where trying to send the cure up from the rocket island green squares appear, as if the quarantine enforcment got activated.
Yeah I want to get to that one! :)
In this build the map is also hugely different with even the hoverzone 3 biome! You should really make a video on the cut hoverzone biome.
Heck yeah! Will look into it :)
@@TheLastBacon you should! There is currently only 1 video on it. I recommend watching it.
It’s also in the early access build 8.1
I was up to 2:55 in Alien Isolation the first EP1 of yours when this vid just came out, so ima check this out first than get back to the Alien Isolation vids.
Haha perfect timing :) I liked that playthrough!
Bacon I got this game today!
Yooo hope you enjoy! :)
@@TheLastBaconyeah I’ve really enjoyed it so far just 1 more fragment then I can make the sea truck
heyy dude! the same thing subnautica below zero!
Yep! :)
I loved the original below zero story, as it was more unique and interesting- but I'm still glad that we got the story we got- because I think it's more climactic.
Yeah what we got is still solid :)
Something I wish happened is that robin would comment on the reaper skull.
It would certainly make sense for her to do so :)
The subnautica is below all of some the zeros indeed
Haha indeed :)
I was wondering why this felt familiar, but I remember seeing that avalanch destroying the base so vividly. I also didn't know the story got changed at all, but i guess that's just my stupidity o_o
Good times :)
@@TheLastBacon Yes, good times and chicken nuggets :3
Theres so much content in the old version that you could honestly play it like you would a dlc set in an alternate timeline. There isn’t an ending but its still very far along in terms of development. (Animations, graphics, story, etc.)
Yeah absolutely :) There is still a lot to experience here!
I really like the old story more. Its feea more like the first subnautica in tone because you didnt come here wingly! But you still have people around you so its a new experience.
It’s definitely a gripping intro :)
@@TheLastBacon Yup.(and i also like vespers design more.
Best underwater survival game by far!
Agreed
Absolutely :)
Very notable how Marguerite wants to get off the planet. Because she does not seem to make any effort to get off in either version, so I just assumed she accepted her fate and made the best of it
Yeah her character seemed to have changed quite a bit :)
I remember this start!
Good times :)
I feel like this is really good And it is something I would like to see would Maybe Comboing this with The story line that we got I feel like that would be really 😎
Yeah it was super cool :)
@TheLastBacon What I was trying to say is that maybe if we combine this storyline with the current storyline That would be cool
