Beginner's Guide to Energy and Knowledge in BDO

A basic guide on how to increase your max energy in Black Desert Online. Knowledge Topics (Accessed by clicking H) are a fairly simple concept that can take a lot of effort to complete. However, the rewards for doing so are worth it, so it's a good idea to take a look and see which ones you're close to completing in order to get more energy. Remember, every 10 energy is an extra half hour you can AFK if you're using the base energy regeneration.
In this video I complete a knowledge topic while discussing the knowledge system as well as tips and tricks for completing them on your own.
One thing I didn't go over but should have is the effects of higher rank knowledge in Ecology. Knowledge above C-rank increases the damage you do to a monster, reduces the damage you receive, and at S-rank, it increases the chance of that monster dropping rare items for you. Also, each different grade is worth points which increase your ecology points rank. The higher this rank is, the more your droprate will increase across all of BDO. C and B-rank knowledge grades are only worth 1 point, while S-rank is worth 10 points. So grinding out S-rank knowledge is definitely worth it.
The item droprate increase is as follows:
501-1000 points gives you +2%
1001-1500 gives +3%
1501-2000 gives +5%
2001-3000 gives +7%
3001-4000 gives +10%
4001-5000 gives +12%
5001-6000 gives +14%
6001-7000 gives +16%
7001-8000 gives +18%
8001+ and higher gives +20%

getting to the 10/12% ecology brackets is pretty easy, not far off 12 and I've barely gone out of my way for it.

Hi man just wondering if you get stutters when grinding? We have the same specs but i was wondering how much MHz do you have for your ram? I currently have 16gb dual channel 2400 mhz im considering to upgrade this to remove stutter
