    నమస్తే 🙏 madam గారు. నా పేరు నిర్మల. 5yrs క్రితం వరకు నేను ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉండేదాన్ని. హిస్టెరెక్టమి ఆపరేషన్ అయిన తరువాత thyroid, Osteoarthritis స్టార్ట్ అయ్యాయి. వాటితో పోరాటం మొదలుపెట్టి, సతమతమవుతూ ఉండగానే, 2 సార్లు కొవిడ్ బారిన పడి, అతికష్టం మీద బ్రతికి బయటపడ్డాను. కాని.... ఎప్పుడు మొదలయ్యాయో తెలీదు, Varicose veins, Sciatica కూడా start అయిపోయైయి. Finallt....తప్పనిసరి పరిస్థితి లో నెలకి 15000 వేలు వచ్చే జాబ్ వదులుకోవాల్సి వచ్చింది. Madam, నా వయసు 51. నా తల్లి నాతోనే ఉంటారు. 75 సం"లు. హార్ట్ పేషెంట్. అమ్మకు నేను తప్ప ఎవరూ లేరు. కనీసం ఆవిడ ఉన్నంత వరకు, ఆవిడను జాగ్రత్తగా చూసుకోడానికి, నేను ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉండాలి. అమ్మకు మందులు కొనడానికి, మంచి ఆహారం అందించడానికి నేను ఉద్యోగం చెయ్యాలి. మందులు మింగి మింగి, అలసిపోయాను. గత 6 నెలల నుంచి మందులు ఆపేసి, అతికష్టం మీద, వాచిపోయిన కాళ్ళతోనే వాకింగ్ చేస్తున్నాను. మీ ఈ వీడియోలో, మీ మాటలు వింటుంటే, ఎక్కడలేని ధైర్యం వచ్చింది. Pls kindly suggest me. Give an advice to me. మళ్ళీ నేను ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉండాలంటే, ఏం చెయ్యాలి, ఏం తినాలి. Pls చెప్పండి 🙏 madam. మీ సమాధానం కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తుంటాను.
