In terms of high schools the private schools have more expensive school fees. The public schools are much cheaper per year for example school contribution can be approximately 200ec per school year. There are some primary schools where school contribution is as cheap as 50ec per school year.

Sorry Precious, Dominica State College is not free. Just that some, only some students get help from the government. I know of one lady who had to pay everything and just graduated last month. Then a colleague son could not finish cause his mother could not continue paying the college..
I have luxurious apartment one bedroom and two bedroom in goodwill in dominica which goes for from $1500ec to $2500ec per month (tenants pay their own electricity) fully furnished with everything. Maybe some people need to lower their price if they don't give everything.
