Beast Wars and Beast Machines Megatron and Cheetor voice actors, David Kaye and Ian James Corlett reveal that they have never heard of the proposed Beast Machines sequel series Transtech: Transformers. As well, they explain why they could not be part of the Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy on Netflix, and particularly Transformers: Kingdom.
In the Transformers franchise, Ian James Corlett has portrayed Cheetor in Beast Wars, Beast Machines, and the Beast Wars Transmetals video game, as well as the Maximal Computer, Sentinel. He has also voiced Shadow Raker in the 2015 version of Transformers: Robots in Disguise.
David Kaye has voiced many incarnations of Megatron across the Transformers universe including Beast Wars, Beast Machines, Transformers: Armada, Transformers Energon, and Transformers: Cybertron. He can also be heard as Optimus Prime, Grimlock, Lugnut, Cliffjumper, and Warpath in Transformers: Animated, as well as Hardshell in Transformers: Prime.
