I’m a 50 year old Megadeth and Metallica guy but my daughter loves this stuff and I love her, it’s not my thing but watching you guys enjoy this definitely makes me smile, blessings brothers.
This video had me cracking up, I'm with Ryan this shit was great.
😂😂 Lil Nas X is actually pretty good. Check his other songs. This one still fire, Nd he got Billy Ray Cyrus on it. Back when he started they were trying to say he wasn't country 🎶 either.
Billy Ray is country tho
@@ragereynolds4374 yes but back then when ray was just starting out they said the same thing to him
@@alexgipson5363 Rite Rite
I love rap but he should focus on country now and learn more about the music. And he’ll be a star.
@@vizrez1326 ok yeah, you have a point here
LoL I'm watching this again after a couple of years. Still funny ass hell!!!
Lil Nas X proved right here that you can combine any genre with Hip hop and it will STILL clap. YEE HAW CUH
He's not the first one to do country rap style music. Not even close
Nelly - Over and Over, ft Tim McGraw.
Lil Troy
@@zrowe94 not my point but
Billy Ray Cyrus and Lil Nas X r ending racism like to agree
Edit: Damn chill I'm kidding! its just cool to see BILLY RAY CYRUS collaborating with a rapper. I know racism ain't gonna end that easy dang
Nope how are they? I'd really like to know
Have u got evidence that Billboards didnt put/took down from country because he is black??
A black and a white person on a song together isn’t “ending racism”
@@imdontaisbrokeheadphones6741 it's just a meme to maybe get people to be chill in a tense racial climate yall!
@@awpidar6104 kane brown and darius rucker are both black artist who have been om the billboard charts
I grew up on old school Hank Sr. and Johnny Cash and Merle Haggard. I have been off and on country for my 50 years. But I dig this song. I remember once that Ice T said that Johnny Cash was a rapper. He talked about stuff the common people understood. I believe that shit.
I am a hip hop head through and through. Grew up with 2 dj parents and a lot of funk and soul. You better fuckin believe we played country too. I'm just glad there's some younger guys now bringing in some real country back.
The banjo part is from a Nine Inch Nails song. This is a great genre crossover track.
Can you list the song please? Big NIN fan here :)
@@Pookieluvie NIN: 34 Ghosts IV
(Big fan too... but first time hearing this. Trent has so much music that I'm always discovering something new.)
You know this is gonna play at every rodeo. I love it.

Lost in Vegas. Lables build walls....Country Music.....Slurs build jails. I love what you two are doing!
I’m a small town country boy from south central Kansas and I love the original and the remix both🔥🔥
Can't lie, I didn't know what to expect but that was actually pretty nice. I could see myself jamming to it in the car
The Windy Wyvern same here
I'm gone for half a year and come back to y'all having a desk, laptops and 5 hour energy... yall getting fancy ass hell
What's hilarious to me is that Lil Nas X used to spam the shit out of his music on reaction channels and new big rap songs 6 months ago, he used to comment on every video by an alt account: "this beat is stolen from Lil Nas X" and won't mention the title so people would go click on every song by him to check. I saw the comments too often to the point I went and commented on his biggest song uploaded (around 50k views at the time) telling him to stop spamming, and now look at him! Lmao I guess spamming does work in the end..
But hey I at least told him he was fire and he can make it without the spamming, so I wasn't a hater 😂
Lol! Thanks for sharing this.
Lost In Vegas please react to his other music. He’s gonna be big soon. This years juice wrld
Señor Fred HELLL NAHHHHH you tweaking bruh
Reality: Im gonna take my horse to the old town road.
My imagination: I’m gonna take my horse to my hotel room.
Yo man Oh yeah yeah 😂😂😂😂😂
My son has been listening to the original for a couple months. I kept thinking it said "I'm gonna take my hoes to the hotel room"... Been yelling at him the whole time, to turn that shit off. lol

U mean take my hoes to the hotel room haha

Hip hop riffs on songs are so much more accessible (for me) than jazz artists' riffs. I respect the jazz artists but enjoy the hip hop riffs more! Another great video, guys!
What you mean you understand why country people don’t like this... I fucks heavy with this song.. all the way from Bama.. different cultures comming together to make art.. nothin but love🤙
Respect bro

I think between 6:55 and 7:15 is one of the funniest things I've ever seen on this channel. Good shit fellas keep it up.
I don't think it's country but I don't think 90% of new "country" is actually country
Not traditional country but it's country
Well said
Exactly .. it’s why all this is a big joke
Exactly
FINALLY!!! Someone who actually knows what real country is
Billy Rays verse had me saying sweet nibblets

😂
The base progression of this is Nine Inch Nails Ghosts 34 btw, which is why Trent is also credited for production of this song.
Oh nice, thanks for pointing that out.
Ok’ Billy Ray nailed it, I gotta achy breaky heart for this jam

I've watched every single video on your channel, and this is far and away my favorite. You guys are obviously sincere in loving this song and having fun. Cheers!
I like that two completely different cultures of music/genre can can mix it up and make such a good song. Good for the music industry and good for the culture
If billboard pulls this song because it's not country enough then why don't they pull songs off the hip hop charts because there are many that are more pop or RnB than actual hip hop. Same goes for other charts.
It's about the money and what people thinks sells the most to their target audience. If they get complaints theyll easily removes something. I don't know, honestly.
I think because it’s what Janelle said and the fact it’s easier to see the difference between rap and country than rap and pop
