Actually forget about that crap of Tornado tuning get a Project A stage one, but if you delete the cats, then the resonator and the rear mufflers then you can add a stage 2 from Project A, then you will fly .

Delete the mufflers!!
Remember you must have some type of back pressure, if you remove everything you loose actual HP, that is a fact. add free flow much better, you can get them quiet or very loud. You will see the difference, then deleting all.
