Are you looking for the Raleigh, NC neighborhoods that have the absolute best amenities? Many people have given their opinions, but I wanted to figure out which Raleigh, NC neighborhoods truly have the best amenities through numerical analysis, not just opinion.
We took over 60 neighborhoods in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel-Hill areas and ranked them on over 30 different factors, which included the main categories of the following: Pools, Recreation, Golf, Tennis, Clubhouse, Shopping Centers, and Quality.
What we found were a handful of neighborhoods that have amenities that are so amazing you will think you’re living in a resort!
