Thanks, Mark C. I had the exact same opinion/feeling when mine came in the mail. The Mosquito Lake Moose is my favorite RCB to date ... it is a large, beefy, heckofa knife ! My only complaint ... wish Andy A. had put a small fuller pull on the clip point as well.
@@byronkennedy7912 I don’t think that would’ve been necessary. I think the knife is pretty good as it is. I just think the edges are a little sharp, especially in the hand. But that also is a sign of quality.
I havent had any interest in the RoseCraft knives because I just feel like D2 is a poor choice for these knives. If I remember correctly doesnt CJRB / Artisan Cutlery make Rosecraft? Id buy one if they used CJRB proprietary RPM9 stainless steel.
@@mcsquirgle I’m not exactly sure who manufactures them, but whoever is is doing a very good job. D2 is perfectly serviceable but it’s definitely not my first choice. I probably even would’ve taken a 440 C steel.
Beautiful knife, buddy! Thanks for the look at it!
