    i loves schutes and 2 man sleds. but i also believe in having a 5 man sled so that it works on your offensive line firing off and engaging the defensive line in unison.

    the players do a good job of staying low and keeping their bases wide as they drive through the defender, however they need a little work on their explosion of the first 2 base steps. the general rule is the lineman who gets his second step down first has the edge. lines that fire off the ball quicker are already 1 to 2 yards ahead of the defense so you're always getting positive yards.

    not bad but i think its more effective when blockers explode into the defenders at the first level with their hands. you don't have to rely on weight/size as much which is what the wing t is for anyway. its easier to stand the defender up and push him and its easier to improve with explosion and weight training throughout the year instead of relying on your brute strenth by driving with your shoulder. great high school teams like bellevue and de la salle do this.
